I was juuuuust thinking like I miss the traditional sew ins and quick weaves. They also last a lot longer than wigs, the hairstyle itself. But don’t get me wrong I have hella wigs I love em but I feel like everyone’s looking the same and I need to do something else lol love your video ! 💜✨💕
I dont know what kind of wigs you’re using but my wigs last years. Sewins and quick weaves last maybe a month.

I have that barbados bloodline, so I have the Rhianna forehead. So I've never worn a wig because of it lol

I'm a Beautician and 70% of my clients are quickweaves I recommend seabreeze with removing tracks or C22 solvent
karisma brandon I wonder if solvent would help on removing glue from wefts. I know alcohol will dry it out so it won’t be tacky and can be reused but I want it off off lol

Wigs require no leave out to damage. Straightening and manipulating leave out it is why I prefer closures and wigs. Unless it’s weave that matched my natural texture I hate any type leave out. Wigs are also less maintenance and more hygienic in my opinion. Plus they last a long time with proper care.
Wigs look like wigs. They’re un attractive and never look natural. To each his own 🤷🏽♀️

First of all if I blow dried my hair like that it would look like a matted pack of noodles. Second your hair is ALWAYS bomb!

mine too , I love a good sew in or quick weave, but my hair seem to always end up damaged and i lose my curl pattern from the flat iron,
I did an install for my birthday. First time. Looked gorgeous, four bundles, damn near looked like Beyonce lol. I have thin hair because of alopecia. When I took off the install, I lost half of the density of my hair. Girl, never again.
My hair is fine as well and I was still able to achieve this look! this is one of my favorite youtube videos and styles I watch this every time I do this style!
DEFINITELY MY FAVORITE HAIRSTYLE HAVEN'T WORN THIS TYPE OF WEAVE IN FOREVER WISH I HAD A WIG JUST LIKE THIS!
A good way to keep your leave out from the heat after a quick weave:
1. Mold down your leave out with hair foam (ex. nairobi) and brush it down with a hard bristle brush - yes your leave out might wave up but trust the process
2. After molding, pull all the hair bsck into a ponytail, still brushing/molding leave out
3. Wrap the hair down with strips
4. Dry the hair for 20 - 25 minutes
5. After, remove the strips and ponytail and flat iron the hair
6. Brush leave out into sew in with a brush (ex. denman or paddle brush)
7. Freeze in place using Got2b Glued Freeze Spray (just mist it together!!!)
I can't remember the channel name, but if you ever see her video, that's her! I tried these steps and my leave out doesn't get touched by my flat iron for a good week to 2 💘💓. Also, it stays flat and the heat/ humidity doesn't make it frizzy

This is why I lovvvve 3/4 wigs too. Sew around the perimeter and fleek your leave out & you're done! Havent been able to bring myself to wearing lacefronts yet lol

Nice tutorial. I'm going to try this. I have waist length hair to appease my husband. I am a licensed stylist who can tell that your hair is taken care of. Your hair isn't heat damaged. Your curl pattern is altered because of the heat. Your follicles are strong. Whatever you have been doing, continue to do so because your hair is healthy. Heat damage hair is very noticeable, fragile, stringy, brittle and dry. Keep up the good work.

To me the ending result looks better but still the first time was pretty too. I just think u took us all back n alot of people like that bc a quick weave can look more natural than a lace wig with a leave out so keep doing quick weaves..mute the haters...and start this trend hun...trust alot of us want to see it. N do removals bc omg its not as deep as people make it. Especially with the solution u put on first. I never stopped quick weaves either.

I'm not going to lie to you. In the beginning when I saw the hair glue i wasn't interested, but since I love to follow through and watch these hair videos to the end I said let me see what the results will be and I was 100% satisfied. I'm new to weaves and etc. I am going to try this. It looks very easy and the fact that you did suck a wonderful job that helped me.

@@jeniseadriana okay. I was concern about the hair glue breaking my hair. I watched a lady do my messy bun with a bang one time . About 1 year later I wanted to try it . When I did my bang with the glue it pulled my hair out. I see the cap on your head. My question to that is can you do a video showing how to remove it after you placed it on?
I just got back into quickweaves for the "fake" winter my city (New Orleans) has here LOL! and I kinda thought I lost the skill. But my first one in 8 years came out very nice; but ran it's course (3 weeks). So glad I came across your video. It is beautiful! I will find this hair and try this style! Great job!

First time to your channel I just subscribed off this look 😍 I don't know why people complain about quick weaves. Me and my friends use to wear them back in the 90's and personally quick weaves grew my hair. If you take it out properly you will not snatch your hair. People at work think I'm crazy 😂 saying that but I promise you I never had any issues. I be telling the young girls ummm how did you think we use to put weave in back in the 90's/2000🙄 before you guys start spending alot of money on these sew in's. Yes wigs and sew in suppose to protect your hair but it breaks mines off🤷 My edges came out from wigs. I usually grease my scalp, mold it, sit under a dryer and wear two caps. This been working for (Me) since the 90's. I guess everyone is different. Anywho I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos. Many blessings to you 😘
Agreed! Wigs look like wigs to me! Very unflattering. If done right, a quick weave won’t pull out your hair. The bond protectant I use is crucial. I’d never do a quick weave without it!

Very nice . Black color is hard to remove . It has to grow out before you can color you hair lighter. The color remover may have made your hair dry and brittle . Use a good deep conditioner treatment every2weeks to bring the moisture back into your hair .
It actually stripped some of the black out. It turned out to be a really dark brownish red, which wasn’t the color I was going for. I was told to do the color remover a few times but I wasn’t willing to do that.
Love it! And now I’m motivated to do something to this head hunty! 🥰🙌🏾
