Only reason it didn't and instead got ditched- TWICE - for a garbage "updated" theme song nobody asked for is because, like The Undertaker before him, Rock had to be all about making any and all changes to his character every so often in order to stay fresh.
Back when this theme used to hit, The people's champ used to come out on the people's show in his 500$ shirt and 600$ shoes staring his opponent from the people's isle, with a bloody microphone in his hand, you know he was cooking🔥
