In case you don’t follow me on Instagram - it was a really nightmarish process getting this video done, and it was almost canceled completely because my Final Cut Pro library (which I use for video editing) was damaged and deleted. I was heartbroken at the time because I’d already been working on this project for several days…but luckily through some tech support and tedious file-matching through my SD card, I was able to recover most of the work. I don’t know why I keep torturing myself watching your reviews on Rainbow High dolls, but here we are! I think I’m safe from the Slumber Party set, but I *am* intrigued by the Pacific Coast series. I’m still trying to talk myself out of buying the Wave 1 6-pack and the Vanessa Tempo doll. Great review as always, and I’m glad you’re able to upload the video despite the editing nightmare 🙂

I haven't found any of the slumber dolls in person any where!!! So I'm guessing it won't be on my Christmas list things year. I noticed that the toy section is lacking this holiday, a lot of the toys I'm looking for are all sold out!
We discussed this a bit in our Holiday of Play event video, but it’s been a very difficult year for products and shipping. There have been loads of delays and shortages. Hopefully the Slumber Party dolls won’t be so scarce eventually…but overall, Walmart should not continue receiving exclusives imo. -Max

It's so weird how little Walmart has stocked these dolls. Especially since they seem to just not want to use their online store for it at all? Like they're out of stock (and have been for weeks), and I don't see that changing. I don't know why a company would want to limit the amount of product it sells but here we are. Brianna is my favourite of the 3 dolls; she has pink overload, in a good way. The line showed up in some Canadian Walmarts weeks ago, but not in my area, and not online. The Rockstars seem to be a Toys “R” Us exclusive here in Canada (we don’t have Target), but they have been out-of-stock online since they first appeared. So, right now, my two favourite RH dolls of the year, Brianna and Vanessa, are not attainable at a reasonable price for me.
Agreed! Brianna is a bubblegum princess and I love it! Oh man, I miss Toys R Us. 😢 We used to have those in the US. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a hard time finding these exclusives…hopefully you do eventually! 🙏 We know international collectors can sometimes have very different product availability / shopping experiences, so we appreciate hearing everyone’s different takes! -Max

I’m late but here because I was randomly shopping at Walmart today and they had all three stocked! While expensive, I couldn’t pass them up as they are gorgeous and have a lot of pieces.
The issue isn't about Walmart not stocking the product or ordering the product. Walmart is actually not able to secure a lot of the product! These dolls were released in limited batches (whether it's due to production or freight/covid issue? idk) and not all of the Walmart stores in the US were able to get them. In fact, these dolls were already marked as "discontinued... sell through modular home" in some US Walmart stores. I reckon they're already trying to make room for the Spring/Summer toys so if you have extra slumber party dolls, best hold on to them for now. And for whatever reason, the slumber party line does have a lot of face up issues so that makes it even harder to find the perfect slumber party dolls.
I decided for now just to give up on finding the slumber party set in store. There’s only 2 Walmarts near me. In opposite directions of each! Target by me like you guys said full of Rock Star line, I got my Vanessa and she’s amazing. MGA isn’t kidding when they said save your gift cards cuz that Pacific Coast line is no joke. Even though some are variations of Series 1 luckily for me I’m one of the few that started collecting from Series 2 and Series 3 damaged my wallet. 😅 Happy Holidays everyone! :)
I think MGA is releasing these dolls way too fast. I understand that they want to strike while the iron is hot, but so many releases so quickly is excessive. You barely get a Chance to enjoy one release and get a chance to collect them, and there's a new one right on its heels. I hope MGA doesn't cause people to lose interest just out of the sheer frustration of not being able to keep up.
I started my RH collection only a few months ago, so all 3 of these girlies are near impossible to find for a decent price in the UK :( it was only Brianna that I wanted, but the prices for her online are ridiculous !! Great review though I love your channel :)

I honestly don’t think Sang and I ever would have found Marisa if it weren’t for the help of our friend happening to be at a store hours north of us. 🤦♂️ This has definitely NOT been an evenly distributed line. i've been waiting for these girls to go down in price and they just REFUSE to lmao..... i love them so much but i don't want to spend $50 a piece on them, especially since i'd like to get all three at some point. my walmart has some Robins but not the other two.
I just got Robin Sterling yesterday! I love how pretty Brianna Dulce is and I saw her at the store yesterday, too, but 50 dollars is too expensive (especially since I just put all the accessories into a box and don't play with the dolls).
As a fan from Australia I got Marisa first off eBay and getting imported from America. I wish mga entertainment will have these girls come to Australia. But mga said that it’s not gonna happen 😭😭 so it’s just frustrating because we miss out.
I wish the slumber party girls weren’t expensive. I have seen them at Walmart, but super limited! And all three girls have had terrible paint defects. So I haven’t found a good condition of any of them.
I watched another review in which they showed how many plastic ties needed to be cut to get their clothes off. Also one of hers had face paint defects, another had hair that was completely uneven, the last one had a good amount of glue on the side of her head. Seems like a quality control issue. I don't like them enough to spend so much money and then fix problems.
Why are these, except Robin, SOOO... hard to find?! I've seen tons of Robin in Walmart, 2 Brianna and NO Marissa what gives?! I'm afraid that Walmart is just going to skip them and go straight to the Pacific Coast one's! And Walmart is the only one that carries them so IF you can find them anywhere else they are $$$!
