Nick’s story really helped me once I remember!! After listening to his testimony I started searching more on God’s plan for my life, and it was truly a turning point in my life!!
1. Be thankful for what you have.
2. Take one day at a time. God gives enough strength for each day.
3. Talk to somebody. Friends remind us of God's promises.
4. Ask God to use you to help someone else. Show the love of Jesus to others.
Also what really is helping me is to fill up my time with friends or family or an activity that I know is healthy for me
How am I supposed to talk to someone if I just live for myself with myself and the only person I see during the day is a random cashier in the local store
@@lemonfrog5810 Maybe it's time to really get out there and talk to someone. Staying alone will not be good for your mental health. I suggest joining a group of people that have a similar interest to yours and go out to them weekly or if you want, more often.
@@Fire62Link it doesn't work well with me, Idk. Every time I go out and talk to people they first like me, but then judge and leave me. I never wanted to be mean or aggressive to anyone so I treat people with kindness - still getting that reaction as you can understand so I think it's not for me or not for me when I'm feeling this way. In short, I was already born broken
@@lemonfrog5810 perhaps you are looking in the place for the right people. Try a different type of group and learn more about them before you share more about yourself. Look up more about Nick Vujicic, he has lots of great videos that can help you.

Nick's story is inspirational. A good friend told me once that when you are feeling down, to list out 10 things you are truly thankful for. It will immediately change your perspective. A lot of depression is in the mind. Reject the thought that you can't do it or that killing yourself is the answer. God LOVES his children and always provides a way out. Put on the armor of God and fight the battle. With God ALL things are POSSIBLE!

When I see you I forget all my sadness of disappointment with many people around me, I feel ashamed of myself when I think that I have difficulties in my life, I thank my almighty Lord for you and all the blessed persons like you and for all blessings He gave me and what He done throughout my life, salvation and goodness. Faith in Jesus is all I have left. I lost my job over not wanting the vaccine, I have lupus struggling to keep up my health, and I’m on a ton of meds already! Plus we don’t know the long term side effects of this v. But because of my personal medical decision me and my children are suffering. Things were hard for me durning the beginning of the pandemic and the shut down. I used all my savings to scrape by. I’m Feeling so hopeless. I don’t know how I’m going to make it. I’m a single mother. I’m not complaining. I just need to vent. I have no money for food I can’t even feed my children! I’m so ashamed. But even though I’m going through all of this, I still have faith in Jesus!!!!!!
