The small fishing village where i live in Ireland has almost doubled in size in the last 3 year's. Now all the people i once recognised have nearly all but gone. I have been on the Housings list for over 15 year's and counting. About to be made homeless in 3 months because of this. The local authorities have told me to join the queue as they need to help these poor wartorn people who have had the time, to go back to said wartorn country to pick up their pets and car's, some of these car's are uber expensive. All this during a so called war???

This government tweeted out in Albanian and Moldovan what refugees are entitled to when they get here. I actually think they are taking the piss, why on earth would any government do that other than to encourage them to come here. As I said traitors.

Brilliant point that you made about these Parasites returning home again. We saw the very same her in England. First, it was the 20,000 Afghan refugees that we took in. All supposedly fleeing war. Once housed and given Benefits, they were taking every opportunity, even during the Lockdowns, to go back to Afghanistan for Holidays, and to visit relatives. We are seeing this again with the Ukrainian's. These FAKE Wars, are pushing our Country's to the limits. Enough is enough!

It makes my blood boil, Irish people have to sell their homes under the fair deal scheme to pay for nursing homes, But the government pays for these people to stay in nursing homes, until they build new homes for them.
Exactly. when my Father was sick in Ireland, the HSE did their damdest to try and force him into a nursing home and make us sign over the house to them. why? because we werent available for that week to collect him from the hospital when he was being discharged. rather than keep him in for a bit or help us to make some alternative arrangement they went full steam ahead to try and force us into doing the above mentioned.. For a while we actually feared we were going to lose our family home.
But they will house and support these people from all over the world for free....
This is why they wanted all the old people gone.

Ironic not funny fact, I am living in a hostel for the last 2 years and DCC put me on the over 55 Senior housing list, which bars me from all other housing of any kind, meaning I have to wait for someone to die in one of these nursing homes to get housed, so that means I’ll never leave the hostel if they are repurposing them for foreign nationals.
What about the bus loads of Africans and god knows what else coming in,feels like we’re being ethnically cleansed to me, I know our people are still freezing to death on our streets but they don’t seem to qualify for any of these places.

I'm very sorry to hear that the beautiful village of Oughterard is another part of Ireland that has become a resettlement base. Ireland is a small country, unique to any other country in the world. Its a country where it's people share a history, traditions and Christianity . It's aesthetic appeal in it's rolling hills , stunning beaches ,and it's still waters and no one could match the friendliness of it's people. As a visitor to Oughterard for over twenty yrs; I hope and pray that the Irish people will protect their heritage for the coming generations.. Let not the sacrifice of lives gone before be in vain. I have a feeling that the gombeen chancers who tried to inflict a DP centre on the area a few years ago, and were stopped, will try it again. Only this time they will have the conversion work done secretly, with contractors having to sign confidentiality agreements, and they will simply parachute in a few hundred men in the dead of night, and the first thing the locals will know about it is when they awake to it. I hope to God I'm wrong about this but their kind of grreed and gombeen -ism doesn't go away, and they still have that big building available, and no doubt resent manners been put on them a few years ago. Something tells me it would give the scumbags no greater pleasure than forcing this plantation on the people again.

@@CENTRIX4 it's tough for women to have a career and to be a mother, western women were never given the choice they were just put to work, and no work means no benefits hardly the conditions for raising a family, but if you have just arrived well the state will fall over themselves to help you raise a family, an immigrant woman can always say I came for safety not to work, thus ensuring she will never be set to work and will have all the time and resources to help her raise a family,

Ireland's population was previously over eight million. It is a reasonably sized island with a relatively small population. A good influx of new blood will do no harm at all. What’s happening is a damn shame.
I heard an interesting story recently from the Amazon jungle where a people first met Christian missionaries ..they liked the missionaries whom taught them of modern ways and the people converted ...the shaman or fear feasa of the village was chased away as the missionaries told them such superstitious was harmful to them...after a few months in the jungle the people started getting sick because they didn't know which roots and plants to eat to get anti histamines as the jungle is full of harmful beasties... eventually they couldn't go beyond the village itself and even the missionaries fell ill with disyntery and some died...the people decided to send for the shaman ..they searched for many days and found their shaman up river in a bedraggled state and half starved ....they coaxed him back to the village where he set to work healing ...the people then asked the missionaries to leave when they were well and decided to change the customs of shamans allowing females to become shaman also ...I was fortunate to meet the first female shaman when traveling in Canada Ontario ten years ago and there is a moral to this story which Ireland and it's people must learn again... beasties care little for modern ways or barbed wire.

Oughterard dodged the bullet a couple of years ago with the derelict hotel, but they have been out manoeuvred by the loss of their nursing home. What in heavens name is the Irish Government up to? Has Mr Martin,,,, if he is in control,,,lost his head? Oughterard ,, a small village of a few hundred is finished

the facts are correct, Ukraine is 2 and a half times the size of the United Kingdom and the fighting is only happening down it's eastern border, there are many hundreds of miles of land to the west of Ukraine that these people could go until the war comes to an end, there is an ulterior motive to all this as is the asylum scroungers.
This is very sad to hear how my beloved country is being destroyed.
Most of the people getting provided free accommodation are asylum seekers from African and Arabic countries (none of which are even “war torn” and the majority of them are muslim men!). So once you start giving asylum to muslims- especially radical muslims (like the man Yousef Palani who beheaded two irishmen in Sligo recently) always remember: "the loyalty of a muslim lies with his faith and not with the land he resides".

Ireland had a big market for beef dairy and drinks, confectionery with Russia but joined with EU sanctions and left a lot of producers very limp. Beef prices especially. This sanction fad is hurting producers and consumers more than the Russians.
