Agreed. Some people rent out their kids and allow them to suffer internet abuse form day one. It makes me sick.
I get what they are aiming for and why the do it. But it actually misses the mark for at least a couple of reasons. They would be more effective at shielding her privacy if they didn't include her in videos at all. By doing it this way, it creates more interest. "I think I kind of saw her at ___" "I saw the side of her eyelash at ___!" Also, if their argument is that it is not their place to make Hanna a RUclips personality just because they are, they still have the camera on her and she is still participating, her face it just obscured. If that's the reason, they should just wait until she is old enough to choose whether or not she wants to be seen on camera going about her daily life. Also, anybody close enough to them who sees them out and about would reasonably be able to figure that if they have a little brown haired girl with them that that's is Hanna from the videos. One thing that gave me pause was that they showed young family members who appeared to be about Hanna's age full on at a family get together while still obscuring Hanna's face. It could very well be that they had the parent's permission to do so. But I still found it odd that they would even want do that with them being so adamant about shielding their child. I watch another RUclipsr that only refers to her children and husband (recently ex-husband) by nicknames and never shows them at all. To me that makes sense. All that said, I understand and respect their decision. I just don't think the way they go about it makes sense.

Oh my goodness you are the cutest with hana answering the door to her!! I always love thinking of when I was younger and how happy my nanny would be when she saw me coming out of the school gates and making meals and play time so fun! Can’t imagine how miserable the lives must be for some kids with parents who don’t even pay attention to them and just hand them a phone as soon as they make a noise, it’s wrong rewarding bad behaviour, just play with them they aren’t young forever man!!
