    Catching up on "old school" Swedwood vids. Can't think of a better way to spend the evening than re-packing my gear and watching the birth of a legend. Yep, it's a good night!

    It makes me think even more of my home state to know that the great Swedwoods walked its wilderness. Another great video.

    I live in the Rockies of Idaho and have worked outdoors all my life in the wilderness on horseback. I always just slept on the ground with a tarp or I used a range teepee to camp because it's so easy to set up with four stakes and a pole. I enjoy your speechless videos of the Swedish landscape and seeing the different types of flora. Many of which I recognize as being native here in Idaho as well. For instance the seedhead you used for tinder, here in Idaho we call it fireweed. What kinds of animals inhabit your forests... wolves, bears, deer or reindeer??

      @Swedwoods  5 лет назад +4

      Nice. Living the dream then Charlie. Im in southern sweden and we have Moose, deer, wild boar etc. And the occasional lone wold that wanders down. Futher north there is also packs of wolves, reindeers and in some places more bears than people.

      Im kinda like into sport fishing too...those big monsters I always let back, way to much meat to me, and the old ones is not as tasty as the ones around the kilogram.
