Lovely makeover. Lone Fox featured a great hack on his channel for curtain spacing involving putting empty loo rolls sized to custom to put on your curtain rod in between each connection in the curtain to the rod if that makes sense. That way when you pull them open, they all fall exactly the same width apart between folds.
A really good filler that leaves a perfect finish is call Alabastine which I’d bought from Brewers. I pull any raw plugs, mix this very fine filler and bung it in the holes, don’t worry about overfilling because it just sands off with a bit of fine paper to a perfect finish. A decorator told me that you can use it on wood as well so I shall be trying that out next. I love watching your make overs because it gives me the incentive to get on with jobs that are outstanding in my home. I think you have done a brilliant job and look forward to seeing what you tackle next😊
