Looks like the same one I got from Ebay a bit over a year ago. Mine didn't have any buzzing frets- Guess I was lucky. I like mine- it is no Gibson but for $ 360 with a solid top it is not bad as all. When you order one of those Chinese knock-offs you never know what you'll get. Kind of makes is more exciting in a way.......unless it is really a POS .
It needs to be setup. If the neck is adjusted it will not be buzzing. Do you really think anybody cares where a musicians guitar is made? I have a $200 IYV, made in Vietnam, guitar that I would play on a gig along with my $2000 guitars. Most people don't know or care. I've played professionally for over fifty years. Nobody has ever questioned my choice in musical instruments. Reality.

A truss rod adjustment might fix those buzzing strings my friend. The neck is probably back bowed….

I am very surprised at how it does have the jumbo sound. Tuners have been changed and easy to do a fret job and have a perfect acoustic.
