Mam the issue date of caste certificate is not valid so this certificate i can use in basic registration the i will change the certificate in final registration
Basic Registration pe jo Details Diya hai, wo change nhi ho skte. But if they reject your application or any mistake is there you can fix that within the correction window period.

Although they only check if it is above 50% or not! still I'll suggest to correct the details when the correction window will open.

I'm not sure, if you are unable to chage it during the correction period you can contact AIIMS Nursing authority!
