Ma'am I have a doubt about the slide showing examples of T-DNA genes in Ti plasmid, It is written that function of nos gene product Nopaline synthase is Octopine synthesis.. Is it actually synthesis of Octopine or Nopaline?
It will be opine. I have taken the help of Pathfinder book, in that it has been written opine .Nopaline is a chemical compound derived from the amino acids glutamic acid and arginine and is classified as an opine.
Ma'am still you are not answering to the question ! You have mentioned nos produce NOPALINE SYNTHASE and its function as OCTAPINE SYNTHESIS. Is this correct?

Hi... Its very informative and easy to understand. Just want to know to which unit of csir syllabus this topic belongs? Please let me know
u may get this topic in plant biology unit as well as in techniques unit.every year atleast there is a minimum 1 question in csir net from this topic.
@@TEACHINGPATHSHALA Thanks for the quick response. Your videos are a very good support for me to prepare.. For csir net. Thanks once again
u r most welcome!!

Very informative but I would be better if you could explain a little bit slower.
Okay
how can we use Ti and Ri plasmid as a vector , please make video on this...
Amphitrichous is wrong, or said it is not properly right here, becoz when there bunch of flagella on both the ends i.e said to be amphitrichous Flagellar bacteria.
