The story goes like:
Once upon a time, there was someone who is looking to relocate into a village. He visited a zen master and asks "what are the people like in this village."
The zen master answered with a question: "What were the people in your place was like ?"
The man replied to the zen master: "They are very negative, full of cheaters and liars".
The zen master then smiled and replied: "That is also what the people in here are like"
Few days had passed and there came again a different man who is looking to relocate into the village. He visited the same zen master and asks "what are the people like in this village ?"
The zen master once again answered with a question: "What were the people in your place was like ?"
The man replied to the zen master: "They are very nice and friendly".
The zen master then smiled and replied: "That is also what the people in here are like"

There was a similar story in the East..There were the elderly father and the teenage son who were walking the donkey to the market for sale..Along the ways, a middle-aged man passed by and 😅 @ them..He said: "Why would you both walk and not riding the donkey to save your energy?🤔?"..So, the teenage son hopped on the donkey 4 a ride..A few minutes later, an elderly woman passed by and said: "How disrespectful of you..young man.. riding on the donkey and let your elderly Father walked.."..So, the son came down of the donkey and helped the Father on the donkey's back..After a couple blocks of walking, there was a young lady passed by and said:" How awful of you..the old man.. for riding the donkey and let the poor young boy walked"..@ this moment, both father & son were dumbfounded and puzzled by all the comments they heard in less than 2 miles of walking..They then decided each walk on 1 side of the donkey..Without further explainations of the moral themes behinds this storytelling..Just 🤔🤔, don't we all KNOW how people's words and opinions could affect our lives and our actions tremendously if we DID NOT & Still DO NOT KNOW What we truly want, How to achieve what we aim 4 and most importantly WHO we really ARE and ARE NOT..😉😁😊..Hope this storytelling is enjoying and give some thoughts to our current situations individually as well as all the chaotic conflicts between nations against each others UNJUSTLY..Happiness wishes 2 all social medias participants around the 🌎🌏🌍 a ☀& 🌓 Tue..Fabulous 2nd of year 2021..🕊🌹😁🌻😉🌻🕊😁🌹..

This is very apt. I was just refused a job I'd planned for for months unless I cut my hair and beard and was clearly told by a fearful woman that unless I disguised my spirituality, the Matrix would drive me to ruin.
