Oh yeah, that really is a bummer with this design. Although, you do get two eyes for the head so you can paint one looking straight and one looking to the side! Or both looking to the side if you want~
Lore says that it's Psycommu system is pretty unstable pre-obtaining the G-Doors' head so, yeah. I'd say in lore I'd be relieved that the G-Doors' head floated to the colony(?) along with its Psycho Plates.
