To anyone considering GHD over the T3...I returned the GHD after major fry damage in only a few days! Don't believe the hype with GHD claiming that they know there is only "one" temp at 365 needed without adjustability and the iron has sensors in it to protect/monitor your hair. Many of us have different needs , like fine thin and color treated hair! You need to be able to adjust the temp, This make's sense with the T3's option of "touch up' mode. You don't need to expose your hair to that much heat when you just need to smooth out a few pieces. Should have trusted my gut instincts... now my face framing highlights are all crispy and wispy. Don't get me wrong its a well made tool and if you have beautiful thick hair like Julissa it should not be much of an issue. But if your middle aged like me, or just have fine thinning color treated tresses...stay away from the GHD! I traded it in for this T3 and its a much "smarter' option for me
Totally agree with you! 💕 I do feel like the GHD should have different heat settings so that people could have more options 😞 hope you’re liking the t3 micro flat iron! I do feel like it’s pretty gentle 💕 I will be posting a side by side comparison video of the both tools this week! 😀💕
49yrs old, fine, color-treated hair here and I'm wondering if you still like the T3? I just ordered it and the Dyson Corrale (although I do not have a good feeling about the Dyson based on other reviews). Thanks!
@@melanie.c25 I am still enjoying the T3 as my number#1 go to out of the ridiculous hot tool collection that resides under my bathroom sink. I think the versatility of this iron's shape along with the smooth T3 plates make it a win for me. My ends seem in better shape as of late with less breakage and splits. I recently tried the Loreal steampod, fab for high humid days but left my thin hair a little too straight and limp, and none of the waves or curls created with it would hold.. So going strong with the T3 for the win. Not a big fan of the gimmicky sensor buttons though, a bit of a learning curve to remember.. I guess I'm an old-fashioned dials and physical buttons kinda girl
@@eppyvonpeppy5213 Ah yes, I too have that same "collection". It's actually embarrassing as I don't even style my hair daily! Good to know about the Loreal steampod, my hair would probably react the same so you've saved me some frustration. I have an older T3 flat iron that works just fine (with a standard button & heat temperature indicators!) however the gimic piqued my curiosity & so my wallet fell open 😉 I'm very happy to hear that your ends have remained healthy, at least I can justify my choice with that for now. Thanks for your response!
Hello, I have used ghd for 13 years. was good. I urgently have to decide whether I should buy ghd again or T3 Lucea Id? Which one did you choose? how satisfied are you?
Did you use the old t3 single pass? Im trying to decide between the single pass, Lucea id, and ghd platinum plus, so I’m looking forward to the comparison.
I bought GHD from Costco and realized it wasn’t for my hair type - course, wavy and medium to long lots of hair . I bought Lucea Id and I liked it but the paint ripped off very easily in few months even though I was taking good care of it and I reached out to customer service and they replaced it. So I prefer T3 over GHD
Wow. I bought the GHD flat iron because of you but this one looks so good. Your hair looks amazing. With all the heat styling you do for youtube videos how do you take care of your hair?
That is so crazy it left your hair nice. I did the same review and It was the opposite for me and I have curly hair too! I didn’t select course hair though because my hair is not thick. My heat setting was 370 which is high than my ghd platinum straighter and the results no where compared to the ghd! So glad it worked out for you though at the highest heat setting!
I watched your review as well. I’m trying to decide if I should get the ghd platinum plus or this one while they’re still on sale. I noticed you mentioned the T3 being really creaky & cheap feeling tho as well as pulling on your hair. Do you still think the ghd is better? Thanks in advance for your help!
@@juliannawalker592 yessss ghd all the way in my opinion. It has a fixed 365 f degree temp but it works perfect vs the t3 I could have gotten better results if the setting was higher than 370. I asked my bf how my hair looked after it styled my hair with the lucea and he told me my hair looked like crap lol that my ghd was WAY better! Try it, you can always return it if you don’t like it.
@@juliannawalker592 you won’t regret it! The ghd doesn’t pull your hair AT ALL and feels so nice on your hands. I use it to do my beach waves too and many stylers own one because it’s a styler made for hair stylers! You are so welcome and best of luck! Hope in my channel to let me know how you liked it! I can’t wait!
Hi Julissa, Great video 💕! I like the idea of who you can customise the settings for your own hair type which is really good. Can you adjust the heat settings as well 💓 and what is the price of this straightener? Thank you again for this video and look forward to your next video 😘.
Hy Julissa you look so beautiful like always. I love the final result. Your hair looks so nice. What about the CHI protected how good is it ? Great video as always keep up the good job. God bless you always.
Yes, would love to see that and also have it compared to this one or which other iron she thinks is the best... would love to have a show down with the steam pod 👍😁
I’d love to hear your thoughts on the Cloud 9 straighteners. I know they’re made by GHD but are supposed to be safer for the hair. It’d be awesome if you could review them! 🙏

Hi julissa.. u forgot one thing.. how long it took you to straighten your hair with T3?
Sold, waiting of my shipment 😍
What a gorgeous tool and girl ♥️
Hi
So which one do you prefer
The t3 single pass x or the Lucea ID ??
Im also on the fence with this decision.

Crap now I need this in my life and I just saw the price! 😳 whose going to tell my husband? Lol 😂
Tell him it will help get over a horrible 2020😂
T3 is having a sale right now discount code Holiday25. Just bought mine 😁 all because of this video 🤣
U can get the original version Lucea only $150 and it’s on sale it works the same. This newer version just has more unnecessary technology IMO.
Love it ! Looks amazing, so sleek and straight. And bouncy !! ❤️❤️
I was drawn to the tool because of the sleek and elegant appearance. Definitely on my wishlist!
I would love to see a side by side comparasing with the GHD Platinum plus 🙏🏽💖
Omg so nice!! T3 makes amazing hair tools. The fact that you can make a hair profile is awesome!!! Compare the ghd to this!!! Happy Vlogmas!!!
Okay okay sold lol .... have been waiting for your reviews in order to get a new straightener 😍
Same here LOL
Wow this looks amazing. It made your hair look extra shiny and bouncy. Also loved the curl!!!
What about the damage? Does this flat iron protect your hair like Dyson does?
Girl Jealous on all the hair equipment you have. Wish I had any of these. Love your videos.
Awwww bello bello❤️❤️
BTW,,, m encanta la idea, #Vlogmas🤩
Hi Julissa, one question: do you think the t3 iron is way better than the Tymo Sway?
Could you compare it to the t3 one pass?
Please make one video testing a drugstore flat iron 😀
Yes please for the comparison
can you tell me if you prefer the ghd platinum plus or the t3? thank you 😘
You are glowing
