Yes rent out properties to traveling professionals near the hospitals!! I’m a travel nurse and this is so huge if we can find living near the hospital!!

Those are some dream tenants. I have 17 properties in the Poconos, all beautiful properties that I overdid as far as "luxury" feel. My tenants are great and I don't have many issues, but them hiring a professional deep cleaner upon vacating? That's unheard of. Good for them, and for you!

When you were touring the 1st bedroom and showed the closet, I was like "yep, that is a mid modern century homes built in the 50's" We have plenty of those in my town and as a Realtor I have sold tons of them. Very well built. The only draw back is the flat roofs.
