  • Hello. I am sharing my new project "the Filamentmeter" on which I worked over 2 months.
    You can use it to count how much meters of your filament did you use.
    This model is compatible with all printer that use the NEMA 17 as extruder + extruder wheel with 11mm diameter

    I bought the stl file and I printed it off and it works! And it was pretty accurate too!

    what's that extra bit on the end of your stepper's shaft? i got the basic ender 3 and it *almost* fits fine but i dont have the little bit of shaft to connect the main gear

      You can loose the toothed wheel and move it a little. You just need about 2-3 mm
