I've had the nose issue... you better watch that closely, mine ended up not being a pimple, but actually a MRSA infection and I ended up in hospital for 4 days with IV antibiotics!

I have had zits in my nose and I always make sure to pop/drain them...even when it hurts. And then I just keep it clean with soap and water.

Been vegan for 6 months and I've lost 30 pounds and feel FANTASTIC!
PS. Not ALL of the "Go veggie" cheese is VEGAN! Some of them contain a milk fat ingredient.
My kids are vegan and are super healthy now, no longer pre-diabetics and they have the most amazing energy❤ If I could just get used to the taste of vegan food I would jump on that bandwagon fast! The vegan food is getting better, tho ❤ Good luck Omar!

Just start off as vegetarian, you can still have dairy and eggs, and slowly as months go by you take those extras away and move on to vegan. If it veggies you don't like the taste of, then I dunno, its not hard though, I am 3 months now and feeling great.

That is part of rosacea. Its no fun! You need special cream for that. Plus use apple vinegar on it! It really helps too. Oh I would love to have a baby! I use to raise ducks and hatch them. That was so much fun! I would take great parent to them, plus you could visit any time you want since im Boca! Now we just have ferrets that we keep as pets!

draining and marinating is the key to some tasty tofu, and cooking is pretty easy after a couple times.
Thank you Jessie.. mostly mine has resembled white chunks.. instead of appearing like grilled chicken.. Maybe Omar should have a side channel for his own recipes and others can share as well.. :D
ursaltydog yes a side channel or some cooking series in this channel to teach would be awesome. However, if you buy medium tofu and drain it, wrap it in paper towel and put it between two plates and place some heavy objects like books on top to give some pressure. I would do this two hours before, because after and hour you need to change the towel paper and throw water collection in the plate out. Then rewrap again in new paper towels and let stand for another hour. Hopefully this makes sense, but then it's ready to be cooked, or you can marinate and let it sit in it for a hour before you cook. The key thing is drained tofu, so when you fry it in the pan it comes out more solid. They sell stuff that can drain tofu with in minutes, but they are hard to find. Anyways not sure if you knew this or not lol, figured I would share for someone that might pass by in this comment.
Yes, that makes sense... and hopefully will make it easier to brown.. I drained it, then hocked it into a hot pan with olive oil like it said on packaging.. It just sat there in that pan and sticked its tongue out and wagged it at me.. LOL
