Thanks for the recap. Most series are taking too long between seasons, and most of the plot fades away…. This kind of content helps a lot to get the relevant details and meaningful information needed for the next season
Love this show, love the cast. After watching 1st episode of season 2, otherwise good directing has one annoying thing; The director milks too much in situations where hurry, panic should be the keyword. Like, Kurt's character entering the pod; instead of hurrying in, he just stands there forever looking at the big monster approaching. Or, when they run to helicopters, jump in, then the pilot asks "where's so and so?" the guy answering takes wayyy too long time to answer. These kind of unnatural reactions brakes the believability.
Agree. There's a trend in films and shows (not particularly this one, TBF) to stop for 'Deep and Meaningful Character Backstory-Building Conversations' during moments of great urgency. Alien Earth was especially egregious in this respect.
Not rumor it's confirmed they are it takes place during the cold war where lee is sent into enemy territory to stop the Soviets from using a dormant titan as a weapon
The whole season 2 is going to be a continuity error probably. They're going for style over substance and they gotta top season 1 hence Godzilla and Kong fighting some greater threat
Do I really need this recap, I spend a good chunk of the watch time just skipping, I am not hear for the drama, if I wanted that I would go watch a show like Madam Secretary, especially in the new season, the constant annoying crying of some characters, mommy issues, cheating is not what I want to see.
What do you think will happen in season 2?
We are going to find out secrets monarch have been hiding from us
First, thank you for this recap! Saved me a serious headache....second, I am glad they never tried to squeeze all this into a movie!
Facts… such a long time fan of Godzilla, I’m loving how they’re telling this story.

How did I watch this show and not remember like 70% of it???? I only remembered the character names. You are god sent. Did I even watch this show???
I would have been so confused wil the time shenanigans, this helped a lot
So glad Lee Shaw survived and is coming back!
Definitely watched this before watching well anything really

Guys you need to watch season 1!!!
Rumor has it, they are working on a prequel series with young Lee Shaw. I have no idea what said story would be
Not rumor it's confirmed they are it takes place during the cold war where lee is sent into enemy territory to stop the Soviets from using a dormant titan as a weapon
I'm still going to rewatch season 1 before I start season 2!!!
So this is like what happened before the Godzilla and Kong when they fought shimo
1:19
*Lee shows up
this is the type of show you really need a recap for. too many details and too many things going on. its soo good tho
This sounds like dexter manning
he's been working with looper for years. if you go to the video description you get this: Voiceover By: Dexter Manning
The tech girl (Mae) and that daughter were insufferable in the entire series, I was hoping a titan just eats them..
🤣🤣
Or randomly steps on them.
Me too!
More monsters less lovey dovey
Slight issue? You call Lee “Bill” a couple of times in this video which is pretty confusing for a recap.
I didn’t know there was a season one where do I watch this?
Apple tv
Apple TV it’s really good
Hamburger
Matthew Broderick told me that Godzilla had absolutely awful smelling breath
He's mistaken, that wasn't godzilla ☺️
axis mundi you mean 😊
Is this PRISM??? 😂😂😂
The first season was Meh.
In season 2, May needs to get knocked into the Shadow realm like Verdugo did 😂
Fox News i 😅
I don't like modern day characters, they are all obnoxious...
Kate is the worst actor
wait Kong and Zilla teamed up before Godzilla X Kong?! That doesn't make sense.
Yea doesn’t make sense at all
Continuity error

Why is the acting so bad?
Has to be better than season one..
