the way you design it is very smart. Never think of pvc pipe. Good job.

Excellent idea, More durable than wood. Am inspired to build same here in Zurich.
    Next project, perhaps parallel bars.

You should have added two rebar’s in the middle of the pipe fillings and also in the bottom instead of the threads

I see a bit of wobble when you did the pullups. Yikes. Also.. the bar material wasn't a great choice. Galvanized black steel would be a nice rough texture and you wouldn't have to use chalk for it. Stainless steel is the worst option for a pullup bar.
    Cool post idea though.

stainless steel is nice cause it wouldn't rust and get all black on your hands over time like black pipe would over time.

I was thinking of using pvc pipe instead of a bulky 6x6 post 😅😂 I wanted to see if anyone already tried this method 😂😂😂 I remember in honduras i saw a column supporting a church roof made out of pvc pipe
I’m wondering if i can reinforce the pvc tube with rebar and concrete. It’s official I’m going to make this

and the good thing about pvc pipe is you can make it taller
