What are some of the habits that make you feel successful and fulfilled as an INFJ?!

Meditating 15 -20 mins in the AM

I start out the day with EFT as well as my guided mindfulness meditations with CBT It's become a part of the day - and now it's become a natural part of it. (More than 200 consecutive days with EFT) . It's been super 👌.

      - Cold Shower
      - Intermittent Fasting for at least 16 hours (helps me to have a high focus over complicated tasks)
      - Walking
I deeply believe that the chemistry of our body plays a big role in our external behaviors, so I just built this easy (sustainable in the long term) system of routines that includes small changes which highly makes me super productive.
The book that really helps me to implement this way of thinking is Atomic Habits.

@@ravishingtwinkle3811 I mostly use The Tapping Solution app, and they also have a You Tube Channel. They have an app with some free meditations, and if you subscribe, you get even more.
You can also look for Tapping With Brad. In fact, try a search on You Tube or on your Internet browser using "Emptional Freedom Technique."
When I first learned about it, it seemed a bit unusual. But on the advice if people I respect (Wenzes being the main one) I chose to try it.
      I highly recommend it.🙂

I've would have never dreamed how far I've come. Life is like a big cluster fxxx. You can't take it down all at once. You have to chip away at it or take it one step at a time. Steady as she goes.

I'm an INFJ but being a pilot got me over my fears of risk, Retirement made me sloppy and fuzzy about my mind frame so after ten years of retirement I went on what was my last ride flying as a pilot, it felt like an unknown place to me,my wonderland became a nightmare, I CRASHED!!!!!!!!!!........ after that tragedy I was buried in self doubt and didn't believe I could do anything right again. I think Adam Back is one of the reasons I found myself again, working with him made believe in myself and made me see that there is no limit to life, retirement is an illusion and it makes us give in to failure, I may never fly again but I've found my new horizon and this time I don't think I'll ever CRASH........

Meditation , using the pomodoro technique , journalling , are some of the habbits that make me feel fulfilled. Also ticking off items in the Todo list routine.

Shadow work and working with your unconscious mind to uncover parts of yourself that you don't want to admit you have or hide from yourself. This can include trauma or parts of your personality that you subconsciously consider undesirable. Not only will you understand yourself better but others as well. The clarity that comes from that clash of subconscious contemplation of right and wrong, black and white is phenomenal. You see very clearly at that point. No sugar coating, the stone-cold truth comes to light. There is no dodge and weave. Most people are frightened of such deep insight like a little child scared of their own shadow. There is no ego there. Like a finely polished stone. Solid 👊.

I've never heard the terms "input goals" vs. "output goals" but now that I have, I have to say I've always taken the "input goal" approach. It's a great way to know that we're making progress without over burdening ourselves with unhealthy pressure and potentially unrealistic timelines.

What are some of the habits that make me feel successful and fulfilled as an INFJ ? ! After a good days work at the school bus garage, I go out to my own garage performing preventative maintenance or repairs on all my vehicles and equipment to either keep things going or to get it going. It helps me stay resourceful and confident instead of worrying or panicking when something breaks down. Being independent in taking care of problems. As far as meditation, as a Christian, I pray. I seek life wisdom from The Holy Bible. I also do a lot of preparation for the next day the evening prior. It sure helps instead of doing everything each work day morning.

setting specific time blocks helps me so much with the feeling of overwhelm. whenever i freak out because i have to clean my house AND do other stuff, if i just set specific times (15 minutes for putting stuff away, 1 hour to vacuum everything, etc.) then i can already see how long it will take me (which is never actually ALL day, although that is what it would take if i just did it here and there and procrastinated most of the time.) using an actual timer can help, too. will definitely check out Marco's channel! :-)

Well, if you want my personal example: read a book on a subject that excites you (psychology in my case), meditate, go out for a walk and get some fresh air, join a dance school. Take a chance and try something you haven't done before. Raise your energy, little by little.

I already commented under your "pinned question," Wenzes, but I've chosen to add this - today was kind of difficult emotionally, but the habits were already built in so I turned to morning routine, and at that point, "willpower" was a non-question - I just did it. Great feeling. (The day improved, too.) And by the way - I have just subscribed to his channel. I know it will be worthwhile.
    Super video!

I have a saying...what's good is Good n what's bad is Bad...meaning if ur always Thinking Negatively...with the Law of Nature...ur only Going to Attract Negativity...think Wisely, Smartly, Educated n Intelligence way...if u can Reflexively think all that in once...that's going to be the Sage's Way...
