SuRie and Emilie (fron Madame Monsieur) are the vest live female vocals this year by far.
Better than the studio version, less annoying and her great voice shines through.
I'm unexpectedly hearing the Annie Lennox comparison here. It's that slight huskiness and soothing rich tone. SuRie is such a great performer, even though "Storm" is a below average song.

Btw this is sooo underrated. Lucie was better last year but Surie is far from bad. I was so disappointed in Netta and Sennek, it is music to my ears. I think Netta will be bad in ESC too but Sennek only couldn’t hit the high notes but the other parts were good enough, i think she can still improve.

I missed the song until asanda botched her live performance so brutally on the national final, 2:05 onwards is the reason she is not singing this year
Still miss the chorus of the original version with the strings :( had more oomph to it. She’s great though!

mollydog181 People love to see what they want to see. She's clearly engaging the audience even if they aren't bloody breakdancing to the song. I don't think she'll do well - simply because I find the song lacking - but she's clearly a performer and can command the performance and that could take her into the top 20
