Every time you write a What If, you are improving exponentially. This was great and I loved every second. Is the What If based before the Fourth Shinobi War, if so would it be pausible to implement the Edo Tensei into the story🤔

Tsukuyomi is mostly a genjutsu not really a special ability I'm talking about a special eternal mangekyou ability, any Uchiha with enough power and talent could use tsukuyomi, at least that's what I think Also everyone can use amaterasu But they wouldn't be as good as Sasuke is at using them
