First Mountain Bike trail riding? Yeah, that's what we're doing now! Today me and the crew took on Rocky Ridge in York PA which was my first time riding a Mountain bike and boy it was an awakining. As a MTB beginner I see I gotta get into shape! It kicked my butt but I'm SURELY going back again and again and again.
It's been a loooong time since I had that much fun.
I heard these are some of the BEST MTB trails in Pennsylvania. But...what do I know? :)

Takes me right back to my teenage years... Man did I used to have fun doing that, before my bike got stolen and I got fat and lazy... Joined a gym though, maybe I will get back there again. Great video Rocky, keep it up.
Dude that’s awesome! Joining the gym is a huge step. Hard to get out of those contracts so GOTTA go! Gym is great but nothing like outdoor exercise when you have the time. If you get the itch to get back on the saddle please do! As you know it’s soooo much fun. Just lock it up probably next time. Better yet don’t put yourself in a situation you have to lock it up. If I run into gas station those rare times I’m freaking even with the $300 max to the max lock. If they want it, ultimately they can get it. Don’t even give “em a chance.
@@rockeastwood planet fitness baby, no contract. I've been going 3 days a week so far, man do I feel different! As for the bike... it was on the backside of my house, didn't think it was at risk, lesson learned anyway. Lucky it wasn't a super expensive bike, but still...

So a few weeks ago I'm sitting in the parking lot of Weis in Shiremanstown and who do I see ride past?? I was like I know that guy! I started riding mtb late as well. Hanover looks to have a really nice, flowy spot. Keep it up!

My hobbies get more expensive the older I get 😊 I take that back. Nothing I’ve ever done cost me more $¥ than golf. Thank god lost interest in the POS game years ago haha
