The best way to do it is to grind up the pity bar to 100 with blues and then use purple mats with a supplementary material to get the best chance for a legendary It is a process you do have to constantly work on prior to having all legendaries though - focus on just ONE item at a time though, when you spread your resources you just get less 🥹
Laws and law fruit work like compounding interest; The higher your level the more each individual law fruit is worth. To get the most out of each law fruit and maximize its value it's better to use them one at a time. For example (these are not actual numbers just representative of the concept): Law Level: 100 Green Fruit = 1000 pts Law Level: 101 Green Fruit = 1200 pts its more beneficial to spend as few fruits as possible to reach the next Law level so that all your remaining fruits can provide the maximum amount of points.
Oh yeah khione explained it well here, as long as you can get a level with one law fruit, your next law fruit will give more points than the last because you leveled!

Why do you blitz laws so weirdly? Can't you just use fruits all at once by tapping on them instead of using them on by one?
