The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich. These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.
Money invested is far better than
money saved, when you invest it gives
you the opportunity to increase your
financial worth.
It is remarkable how much long term
advantage people like us have gotten by trying to be consistently not stupid,
instead of trying to be very intelligent.
The wisest thing that should be on
everyone mind currently should be to
invest in different streams of income
that doesn't depend on government
paycheck, especially with the current
economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.
Many individuals report success in investing in stocks, forex, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin), yet I continue to struggle. Can somebody help me out or advise me on what to do?
Even with the appropriate method and assets, some investors will still outperform others. As an investor, you should already know that nothing surpasses experience, and that is final. Personally, I had to seek advice from a stock specialist, which allowed me to build my account by over $35k, extract my profit just before the correction, and now I'm purchasing again.
I bought 1 year of access to Grant Cardone's sales training university back in 2016 when I was working in construction sales. I do not agree with his politics at all and sometimes feel like he has become way over the top in recent years... But I can say that his sales platform was beneficial and really broke down in-depth sales, prospecting, follow-up, negotiating, and closing. helped me immensely. Changed the trajectory of my life. I worked in sales for 3 years and then started my own business in 2019 have been working for myself ever since. Gotta give credit to GC's course and also sell or be sold, if your not first your last, and rules to success. Excellent resources for anyone who is serious about sales.
I remember in 2007 when I was working in real estate seeing people buy homes new from builders with the intention of selling before close of escrow to a new buyer for profit. The crash was so brutal and fast that I remember seeing a lot of these units foreclosed on with the builder plastic still on the carpet.
it’s a personal decision, but according to Forbes, housing activities will remain stagnant for the most part of the year, so maybe hold off a little.
well you could put a downpayment on a home and as well diversify as much as you can into Ai and pharm. stocks like Pfizer and JnJ.
Certain Ai companies are rumoured to be overvalued and might cause a market correction, I’d suggest you go with a managed portfolio, but even those don’t perform so well, so it’s best you reach out to a proper fiduciary to guide you, that’s what works for my spouse and I.
this is all new to me, where do I find a fiduciary, can you recommend any?
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've been stuck with Amber Dawn Brummit for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive.

That's true,,, this inflation has taught people the importance of multiple income.
As of last week I counted on something but don't just know how to diversify it.

The only issue you might have is the fear of missing out, just like everyone else. A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new market opportunities, but over the past 10years I’ve had a professional trader, consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $700k in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.

Well, there are a few out there who know what they are doing. I tried a few in the past years, but I’ve been with Mr Morris for the last five years or so, and he's returns have been pretty much amazing.
He's mostly on Telegrams, using the user name.

It is Grant Cardone who is persuading people to surrender their hard earned money to him rather than invest it in themselves, it is Grant Cardone who is even persuading poor people to get into massive credit card debt to raise money (drum roll) ... to give to him (the worst imaginable financial advice), it is Grant Cardone who calls people earning under $400k losers (so then, most of society and most of the people investing with him). There are no 'haters', there are people who question Grant Cardone's authenticity and his morality. I find it very difficult not to conclude that he is morally bankrupt.

I’ve absorbed all of his content from real estate courses to be obsessed be average book to Cardone university for my sales job. He’s a difference maker for the lives of many.
