Actual I have same problem iam working home maid when I wash all dishes next I getting same itchy burn & tht bubbles also it's so pain & burn I can't eat my food in my hand
Lotion never worked for me when I got these problems I actually found out that I had low calcium in my diet so I started taking calcium zinc and magnesium and all of my hand problems and everything went away
Please please do yourself a favor and look at your diet. They're finding that parasites are linked to skin conditions now and food sensitivities occur as well which causes break outs etc.

This happens to me if I eat gluten. I also did a candida clense and ate no sugar for 90days. This cleared me up and now I can sleep again. I had it from 16-47 years old. Try getting rid of the gluten. Good luck, I hope it works for you.

OMG thank you, i get those, they're super itchy & they feel all hot/rashy, and sometimes when you scratch them, they get achy. Super frustrating 😭💀✌🏼✌🏼
I'm in the same boat! Mine are so small they're nearly invisible, but they ITCH and BURN like I held my hand to a hot stove. My doctor insisted it was just bug bites... it just wasn't. So frustrating! Now I have a name to give them so maybe I can get some relief when it happens again.

@@kieka It's happened for a couple years in a row, a few times a year. Each time it lasts a few weeks, and I think it's also related to my stress levels. They happen along the lengths and in-between my fingers mostly, and can end up super raw, then flake like snake skin after it seems to stop. I think it just runs its course after 3+ weeks. I took to using ice water to dull the sensation, because most hand creams just burn. A bowl of ice water next to the bed for night time helped more than anything else. Just so thankful I have a name for it now. I can go to my doctor and maybe get a medical cream that will actually help.

I get these on and off throughout the month, I think it has to do with my hormones fluctuating. When I first started getting them it was really really bad and that was definitely related to my stress levels, but then I went through a breakup and changed my work environment and they’ve improved a lot.
I got them almost every summer when I was in my last year of highschool and medschool (both very stressfull for me), I thought I would get them for life but was pleasantly surprised when they disappeared after I finished 😂 turns out I was the cure all along
Omg...im sobbing....ive suffered with this for years and no doctor had a definitive answer. Just told me "use the medicine" thst wasn't working! No one ever said to change soap, lotion and wear gloves! Gonna try this tonight 😮
Yeah, it's probably dish soap for washing dishes by hand, or laundry detergent. The best solution I've found is using cloth mesh bandaids (not the rubbery bandaids) over the blisters (typically wrapped around the fingers) and keeping them wet all day. You use the bandaid to hydrate your skin with plain water. It works well and the bandaids also protect the blisters from irritation. They go away in a day or two, if you keep the bandaids wet.
I have on 2 of my fingers, I cut 2 fingers off a latex glove and put vaseline on fingers then put the glove fingers on & tape to keep them in place, it cures it in days but always returns
Thank you!! I’ve had these for years (I get them every so often) and no clue what they are. Every time I’d book a GP consult and the appointment would roll around they’d be gone.

OMG yes!!!! I thought it was induced by heat and germs from the gym equipment for me. Luckily I haven’t gotten them in a few years. But I had 3 summers where they repeatedly came back 😫
Same!! I'm not sure what my trigger is, but for the longest time I kept thinking I had gotten into poison ivy every time they'd appear, and was confused as to why the rash was only between my fingersXD . It only happens a few times a year in hot weather, and thankfully so far this year I haven't gotten it yet.
Same... this happens to me in every year around January and February when we have a dry season in my country... It's super itchy and when dried, peels off giving a new skin...
My dad had these, and I used to get them a lot when I was a teen. Not so much now, unless I get really sleep-deprived. Never could find any resources. Thanks for uploading this.
Really thought I was the only person in the world that got these 👀 I call them my stress bumps lol, because they come on during seasons of high stress or anxiety and the second I choose to ignore the break out the next thing I know they're gone. Tbh they are a good sign that I need to take a breather and calm down lol.
I've gotten this on and off for ages and never knew what it was. Summer time I just assumed it was sun poisoning. I'm allergic to the sun and break out with Itty bitty bumps like that all over my hands, arm, chest, legs. Anywhere the sun gets. And it's worse on over cast days. Then I started getting them in the winter too so I knew it wasn't sun poisoning. It'd always embarrassed me, cuz it looks so bad and itches even worse.
These are the worst! I used to get them often when I was stressed out or wasn’t sleeping/eating enough. On top of that, they sting like hell but for most people they go away in 1-2 weeks.
I had the third version as a kid and adult. It comes and goes. My hands would sweat and peal a lot and red bumps. I started working in a deli and wore rubber gloves and that seemed to help for some reason. But to be honest I got addicted to drugs. Opiates and benzodiazepines. And it went away completely until I got clean. For years I never had it. Completely forgot about it. Then about a month after getting clean my hands started itching and pealing again. I’ve always had high anxiety and that would make my hands sweat. So I think the drugs masked the anxiety so my hands didn’t sweat and then my skin just cleared up. But I’m not really sure. I’ve heard that the way my hands were could be from an overactive immune system. So maybe the drug’s slowed down my immune system. But yeah idk. That’s just my experience. I will say definitely don’t develop multiple pill addictions to deal with itchy hands. You’re far better off with itchy hands.
As others here have said, I got this really bad when I was stressed. I dealt with it for YEARS and completely disappeared and never came back after cutting off my toxic family 😌
I have sensitive skin in general, but I used to get these bumps on my hands when I was incredibly stressed out and drinking alcohol! They’ve not come back since I’ve been in recovery and changed my life ❤️🩹
I used to get these. I'd go to the doc and get hydrocortisone cream, which would help until the next time they appeared. I ordered hand cream from Amazon during lockdown (just a random impulse purchase), and for reasons I don't understand, it cleared it and it hasn't recurred. It was called Dr Scheller calendula handbalm. I don't claim to understand why, and it would totally be coincidence (correlation /causation fallacy), but it's worth a go.
I used to get few parts like on 2-3 finger n few bubble ..I busted it n I ate some ,need leaf juice ,papaya juice n giloi juice with honey n lemon for few times over months till that I haven't got again since 2_3years
Get an allergy test.. I had these really bad.. turns out I needed to stop eating deadly nightshade foods (tomatoes potatoes etc all at rhe same time) its an allergic reaction that gets worse with stress.. the doctors don't know.
I have had this since I was in my teens, but it became much worse after my son died at 17 (I was 51). My GP was no help, but I found a dermatologist with the same condition. I use Clobetasol Propionate (Rx ointment containing a steroid) as needed on my hands, Eucerin to help with dryness, and I take two Benadryl at night to help get rid of the itching. It is important to treat the bumps as they surface because the itching can drive you nuts. Before I found my dermatologist, I would scratch the bumps until I bled. My hands are so much better now, but I do have to be careful with them and stress. It comes down to monitor and medicate. I am sorry for anyone who has this issue.
I've been dealing with this for so many years. Every time I get an outbreak it literally takes months for it to be fully gone. I finally have a name for it. Thank you!
Try to get any toxins out of your life. Use only natural moisturizer. Organic shea butter is great. I use a heavy dose of castor oil on my feet at night and it helps so much. Also there is a cream you can get that eats away the dead skin cells. It’s prescription. Haven’t had a major breakout since going natural on everything possible.
Do not forget to use fragrance free shampoos and conditioners too! These can be full of allergens and people don't realize that's what's making your skin break out!
Oh my goodness. I get these but I’ve never seen the doctor about them. I’m a nurse & would notice it when working. After a day or 2 off of work they would be gone. So I attributed it to the soap/hand sanitizer at the hospital! Now I know what’s wrong. Thank you!!!
The worst feeling about this is when you sleep at night. It feels like something is crawling under your skin, there's a tingling sensation that really bothers you and makes you uncomfortable leading you to scratch it further. It's so hard to sleep at night when I'm having this😢
I describe it as itching to the bone. I started taking vegan omega 3 every day and it cleared up in two months. I still take this supplement 2-3 times a week to keep the itch away.
@@user33449 I have the same condition and once it was so worse I asked my dermatologist to take tests to make sure I didn't have scabies or something else crawling beneath my skin. This itch is really really terrible. Avoiding soap and cleaning agents and trying to use only natural liquids made things better. But I still get reactions from the components of my shoes...from the glue or preservatives...With udder ointment and sometimes steroid creme things are controllable now. Any tips are more than welcome!
I have it terribly on hands and feet, too. It’s miserable and never goes away for me. I’ve had it for 10 ish years, had to quit my nursing job, see a dermatologist, changed diet, did all the things. It’s still awful 😢

I've suffered with this for years and knew it was linked to stress but never had a name for it. And definitely wasn't doing the best things to help it. Thank you so much!! ❤
I get these so sporadically! I never knew what it was! I only get it on a finger or two, it pops up, then goes away in a day or two. Now I have to figure out what products might do it. Thank you!!!!
I get them atleast 4-8 times a year. Mostly when the weather is changing. None of this have ever worked for me btw. And by the time the topical steroid cream starts working, they are already on their way out.
I get them sporadically, the first time was in the run up to my biggest university exams. I saw a dermatologist then who had been an Army doctor in Vietnam (this was a while ago). He said he would often see this in soldiers who were getting ready to be shipped to the front. For those with eczema, he said it can also be a sign of stress, like in my case. 🫶
I was diagnosed with this in 2017. Mine is brought on by stress. When I'm having a flair, heat makes it worse. I haven't had it for about a year now. Though I have been in stressful situations, I haven't had it flare up. I am thankful. Thank you for making this short. Trying to explain it to folks is frustrating. Once you say "Eczema" they automatically assume they know what it is. It is very different from "typical"eczema.
Mine was caused by stress too! I had it as a teen as a result of having to deal with my verbally and emotionally abusive stepmother and passive father. My stepmother would always comment on how nasty my hands looked but would never get me treatment for it. When I moved out it cleared up pretty quickly and I haven't had a flare up since - it's been almost 20 years without one.
Mine was brought on my stress too. My doctor prescribed an ointment that worked great,,,,sorry I don't remember the name. I have not had a recurrence in a long time. Hope you get over the stress in your life soon.
Putting on these lotion helped ? Seems like since stress & heat can be the cause, maybe lotion won't be effective. I learned that it could be a vitamin deficiency. Which ? I forget. Should have bookmark the video.
I don't get as many of those itchy bumps. They happen not as often, but I would usually get like a few of them on my fingers. My mom told me that they were friction or irritation bumps, and to leave them alone. But I didn't listen and I would give into the urge to scratch at the bumps. Sometimes it would hurt, but I haven't had to deal with them for awhile. The itchy bumps I had to deal with were in the first picture in the video.
To me it only happens during summer. Luckily it’s been less this year and they itch like hell. I’m also allergic to latex but use latex free gloves to wash dishes. Could it ge the warmth inside gloves? Hmmm?
Yes I have this. It’s intensely itchy and the blisters burst and weep. I didn’t know what caused it but stress makes sense as it’s intermittent and not all the time like you’d expect with products being a cause.
I get these whenever the winter approaches and during the summer. It would be so itchy and go away on its own then my skin would start to peel off and then starts to tear and bleed sometimes but it evenually heals. Its like im shedding my skin like a snake.
Literally the same thing used to happen to me. I've actually heard that too much moisture triggers eczema so try to keep your palms as dry as possible. Trust me it works wonders as i never get these things anymore
Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been looking for a diagnosis for 15 years, and not a single dermatologist or rheumatologist knew what I had. I can’t believe it took a RUclips video to get help! Thank you!!!❤
@@anonymous-bb2dwyou can google everything but you usually won't get a correct answer. Most doctors don't even know what it is. Same with celiac and hundreds of other conditions.
Mine comes from sun exposure! Turns out it’s sometimes a rare form of photosensitivity! Zinc cream also works wonders for it, and high quality zinc suncscreen and wearing gloves outside help prevent it ❤
Do you ever get real bad headaches after being out in the sun where you have to lay down and sometimes pain in your stomach and sometimes the pain is so bad it shoots out through your spine ? Do you ever have to lay down after being out in the sun and you just feel ill like you're coming down with something and maybe get really thirsty ?
*_I used to get this years ago!! It was mild, but still noticeable.. & then all of a sudden it went away!! I haven’t had it in years thank goodness.._* 🙏🏻
Honestly went to a doctor for these. She straight up said it’s stress induced and there’s nothing you can do besides change your environment to be less stressful and she’s 10000% right. Don’t be hard on yourself if you have these. They will come and go and show you when you’re in stress and might not realize it. I have a couple now and it’s very indicative of my current situation. It’s a blessing not a curse and a sign to change things up
For me not stress. It's when I use dawn dishwash soap..clean the bathroom with ajax or clorox without gloves....do yard work without wearing gloves... What helps the itching for me is putting some witch hazel on my hands then air dry them....after a few days when they dry out, I exfoliate my hands with coffe or sugar then moisturize them with Dove intensive cream ( the one that comes in a navy blue bottle). I found a similar one at the dollar tree and it works too.
I had this problem few years back.i just rub mango flowers (mango flowers are just cluster of small flowers with strong aroma)then it totally vanished.
I get this from EXTREME stress. I always attributed it to fragrances and my nickle allergy UNTIL I had THAT JOB, where I got it on BOTH hands AND BOTH FEET!! It cleared up within 30 days of leaving the job... and I'd had it persistently for SIX MONTHS!! Haven't had it since!
Get ur kidney function checked. It’s caused by stress. But dig deeper. Stress causes cortisol and adrenaline to constrict ur blood vessels making the kidney work harder. Do u have foamy urine as well. Always best to check ur kidney and liver function. Catch things early to make necessary lifestyle changes before it’s too late. What’s ur resting heart rate and blood pressure? It’s a cumulative issue not just one thing.
Yes, stress of any kind, allergic reaction of some kind, some disease or illness come with them. Mine use to itch til I they would "pop" or leak fluid. Then I'd put on a blister bandage for a few days to absorb all fluid. Then I take it off & they dry up. Also extra fluid retention & the skin stretching can cause these too.

In my Family of 8, there are 3 of us with this. Always called them "nerve bumps".Dad had SEVERE case for decades from Army in WWII. When Cortizone became available (prescription) was able to manage it till later years...less STRESS, rarely had outbreaks. Worst Ive ever had was when it broke out on bottom of my feet, ( not just hands & fingers) during prolonged period of stressful events!
I used to get it on my palm of my hand too. Typically in the summer. Once and a while I get a few bumps on one of my fingers but that's it now thankfully.
I used to get these and they used to clear up on their own. Never knew it was a form of eczema. However, I do get a different type of eczema once a year.
Oh my gosh me too! I always assumed eczema was a thing people had all the time so I didn't recognize it when I would intermittently get these tiny spots!
I’ve gotten this for years. It took me about 30 years to figure out my triggers. For me it was dust or harsh chemicals and cleaners or any fresh fruits and vegetables that haven’t been washed yet. I now wear gloves when dealing with these things and haven’t had one case in over 6 years now.
I found that mine appear, usually only on two fingers, whenever I'm run down. Interesting to hear that there are other triggers too. I'll have to keep an eye out to see if they also affect this condition for me!

There’s also a similar rash called dermatitis herpetiformis, which is caused by celiac disease. I made the mistake of thinking it was eczema because of how similar they are! They appear when you ingest gluten. Hope this helps 😊

I usually get it monthly not unlike another little visitor - IYKYK.😂 Wow I can't believe I will finally b able to get some sort of treatment for these incredible itchy & seemingly spreadable rash (only spreads further onto my own hands with scratching) my babies nor anyone else has never gotten them from me. Thankfully not contagious! And it's never on the back of my hands, mostly fingers & sometimes the odd 1 or 2 on my palms. I'm so upset with my old doctor rn!! 😤 Saying she didn't know what it was & that it was probably a heat rash - that I also get in the winter 🙄 I know I have many things that surely could be treated but our health care system is failing me. I could go on another mile about that .... Smh 😓

My wife got her first episode of this when she was pregnant with our first child. She was incredibly stressed during the episode, also washed her hands excessively. It spread fast and eventually covered her entire hands. Doctor did not know what it was but suggested she washed her hands less, used hydrocortisone cream and covered her hands with gloves or wrapped them. It took a good while but it eventually went away. She has episodes every now and again but as soon as the flare up begins she takes immediate action to avoid having an episode like her first one.

I have on 2 of my fingers, I cut 2 fingers off a latex glove and put vaseline on fingers then put the glove fingers on & tape to keep them in place, it cures it in days but always returns

i used to have this. its the stress and weather. gradually it disappears!

Yep, used to get these when I was stressed. Have not had them since I got rid of all the toxic people in my life.

My PA knew what I had, and the Derm I was sent to spent weeks arguing and scraping my skin off with a scalpel insisting I had scabies. My PA told him to f off and put me on steroids. Probably my worst healthcare experience. Thanks for putting this out there.
If u didn’t see scabies, Mr No Nothing dr
Rx me the steroid cream! NOW
For pity’s sake
WE are paying them, not other way around!!!
Wow! I can help. Helped myself.
I had the same wrong diagnosis. A horrible experience.
I assumed i had scabies for like seven years..i spent thousands on creams. Am i wrong then? Ommmg
@@raaaaaaarr same here! even this summer I was applying scabies cream to it!
THANK UUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! U HAVE NO IDEA HOW THANKFUL I AM!!!! I HAVE HAD THESE FOR LIKE 20 YRS N I NEVER KNEW WHAT IT WAS ALWAYS JUST THOUGHT IT WAS MY JEWELRY IRRITATING MY SKIN BUT I WASNT SURE Y IT WAS DOING THAT ONLY SOMETIMES BUT NOW THIS MAKES SOOO MUCH SENSE THANK U FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART
😂 i was too afraid to find out, but I to had them as long. Ive never thought id ever know
I get these.
Ance pads with salicylic acid work to stop the itch and dry it out.
Mine comes from jewelry too so I rarely wear it
Where we purchased this online or medicals shops it's available
Those bumps look and sound like dermititis herpetiformis skin form of celiac disease glutenfree diet is best way to stop them .
MEE TOO I GET A NEW ONE RANDOMLY ITS ANNOYING
Oh my gosh me too! I always assumed eczema was a thing people had all the time so I didn't recognize it when I would intermittently get these tiny spots!
@@princesskaguya2000 exactly i always thought it was something you constantly had but its not and thats what threw me off
My son gets these on his hands I kind of figured it was exma when I moisturised the skin it went away
Same. I always have to get a steroid shot and some cream to help clear it up. I get this at least one or two times a year
I get them when I'm super stressed. Not that bad thankfully. Usually use cortisone cream and de-stress.
Use listerine

I have an allergy to grass it happens every time I touch grass
I have this too. All of what he mentioned works. But stay hydrated too
I’ve gotten this for years. It took me about 30 years to figure out my triggers. For me it was dust or harsh chemicals and cleaners or any fresh fruits and vegetables that haven’t been washed yet. I now wear gloves when dealing with these things and haven’t had one case in over 6 years now.
I get mine from wearing gloves and eating too much fish lol. Mine have never itched though
Same with me. I detail cars and degreaser is my trigger.
I found that mine appear, usually only on two fingers, whenever I'm run down. Interesting to hear that there are other triggers too. I'll have to keep an eye out to see if they also affect this condition for me!
This happened to me when I was severely stressed out. It took 2 years to clear up!
FINALLY! Thank You!
Calamine:did u forget about me
I've had these on my hands and feet on and off for the past twenty years, the itching drives me mad. They get worse when I'm too hot or stressed.
You get them due to stress from something your eating that your liver can not process.
Check with a dermatologist. You might be allergic to petroleum products, which almost all shoes or jam packed with these days. Try switching to leather shoes. Also try Dr. Scholl's Work In Comfort inserts, my feet seem to get along with those okay.
@@pokinsmot dermatologist, will only prescribe antiobiotics or autoimmune suppressants, they don’t cure the problem.
Avoiding the root is the correct way to avoid skin problems. For instance if i eat turmeric, it causes a rash on me.
@@mindgains2463 they will also diagnose the problem, and there's also prescription ointments/creams/gels that help
This is what I use. Neem oil tea tree oil and coconut oil. Mixed together and massage . Worked for me. Neem is strong so just a few drops
I was diagnosed with eczema on my hands and feet. I just started using a new topical steroid cream but also receive red light therapy on my feet. It has helped a ton.
I also noticed when my stress is higher my eczema flares up more.
Be very very cautious with topical steroids. Google TSW.
I have this condition since I was a kid and I've been to many dermatologist but each of them have their own opinion until i gave up on trying to know it, sometimes it's hard especially I work on a restaurant, everytime I take order and serving food I tried to hide it so that customers wouldn't complain or disgusted..😅
so thank you for the info and advice..😊
I switch my shower soap to truly brand and use NOW brand sea buckhorn lotion and I haven’t had any signs of this since.
@@ashleymorris578 thanks for the recommendation, I'll try that..😊
@@ashleymorris578make sure you keep telling people about that so more and more know how to get proper relief
I get these when I eat potatoes. Don't discount a food allergy
i used to get this really bad as a kid and found out later it was a contact allergy with latex or other synthetic materials!
Yep. Had this on my hands and feet. I was stressed from studying.
I used to have these when I washed the dishes with my hands. Got rid of them completely after buying a dishwasher 😂
There’s also a similar rash called dermatitis herpetiformis, which is caused by celiac disease. I made the mistake of thinking it was eczema because of how similar they are! They appear when you ingest gluten. Hope this helps 😊
I thought it was just poison ivy
Same, EveeH! I used to get them on my hands and feet as a child, then, in my late 30's all over. I thought it was scabies, it was horrible.
Started considering that I may have celiac disease, so this is extremely helpful information for me. Thank you so much!
@@crystaldawn2708 I’m glad this helped you!
@@hwood24 They all look quite similar, which makes it more difficult to diagnose.
O M G I thought I was the only one!! 😭 Thank you doctor!! You are better than my previous doctor! 😒 She just told me it was a "heat rash" 🙄 & there was no treatment ffs I've been suffering with these since I had my first baby @18! So for my entire adult life! I get it all year long but sometimes it goes away for months. Smh 😓
Same here when I had my baby it popped off! Took 5 dermatologist to figure this out them found out I'm allergic to everything even my own sweat these treatments never helped me but watching what I eat and wash with and not drinking water from the sink helped!!
@@kristinasheltonburns519 aww sorry to hear you suffered the same. Thanks for the tips !🌷 I only drink tap water 😟 but sometimes I don't get the rash for months. So many things that we put on & into our bodies to consider 😩
@@BarbieBabeEve it may be caused by sweat if it only comes in the hotter seasons also try avoiding nickel high foods. i was so excited when I found out it was gone but it came back this spring and im currently trialling out what works 🫶🏼
@@shorepearl oh mine comes all year round. Definitely not from heat. Sometimes I get it once a month sometimes not for months at a time. I didn't even know nickel was in foods! 🙈😅 But it could be from using scented soaps & creams & oils & such. I use so many different scented products on my hands or my face & body which obviously I apply with my hands. It rarely gets even half as bad as shown in this short. Sometimes it's just a handful of bumps between both hands. Thanks for the tips! 🌷
@@BarbieBabeEve ohh!! I never thought about scented soaps and lotions thank you!! 🫶🏼
Mine comes when I’m stressed or dealing with anxiety and sometimes when the seasons changes but I never knew what it was it didn’t start til I was like 30 years old
I get these when I am under a lot of stress (more so when I was younger), and my kiddo gets them too
My wife got her first episode of this when she was pregnant with our first child.
Just curious, did the baby have any skin issues?
I had them once and I was washing my hands frequently with harsh soaps
Had them once in hands and footprint
