The devs changed the requirement of the v4. Now you do not need it to be full moon. All you need is for it to be night.
That is only for getting blue gear not for trials for trials u need full moon

I also like kings rule for angel b4 bc it makes anyone in ur aura kneel down and it does stun damage
Yeah it's probably better than the flight ability
Because once people get stunned in that aura it take soo much of their health and if your using buddha with angel v4 the flight ability is use less because it does not work in Buddha transformation the Kings rule is the best
The fly ability is pretty good cuz if your lazy to fly you can just fly

Hello Foltyn one of my favorate Blox Fruit youtuber just sudggesting when you want to change your race you can go to the 2nd sea at Cafe or 3rd sea at Mansion go to Tort npc, he can change your race and it cost 3000 fragments except Ghoul and Cyborg.
He dk t want it because he always pay to win XD
Foltyn heres a tip for angel v4 upgrade kings rule to two gears and prince of skies one gear
Prince of sky: can glide snd fly
Kings rule: make a aura around when ever someone comes near you he will bend down to you and he will get damage and stun
Upgraded prince of sky: makes glide and flight faster
Upgraded kings rule: makes the aura larger in range. And when ever someone comes near you he will bend and it will give him insane damage and insane stun
Fun fact: if u have max gear when ever u hit npc/players/bosses when ur in v4 the v4 will never go down it will be forever if u dont hit it will go down only for max gear
just kill zombies for flower 3 its actually pretty op to get it really fast😊
