      As the victims cousin this was also what I thought for 5 years until the trial actually happened and I saw the layout of the house. It’s a split level home so when you walk in the door it’s just a small area with a little hallway that has a small bathroom and closet. There are stairs to your left going up to the living room and upstairs bedrooms and stairs to your right doing downstairs. Also, the mother in law always walked him out after visitations not Erica. As much as I don’t like the daughter, I don’t think she knew it was going to happen. However I’m sure she knows the truth after the fact but she would never rat out her mom

Very excessive for one unarmed person. I've never been shot, but I've seen grown men crying after one so.....Pretty sure he was no longer a threat.

    If this grandmother happened to bring a gun with her over to her daughter's residence (if I have this correct... or at least thought it to be a good idea to keep a handy weapon), due to her daughter's ex-husbands alleged past of violence (and perjaps whatever limited him to supervised visits with his child...), then her preparation for the chance of this man getting violent... could indicate that she perhaps could've been someone who would try to not act surprised in the event that she had to resort to additional force (even lethal). Although a lack of disturbance inside of the home (leading up to an unfortunate death) wasn't detected by the grandmother's daughter... then perhaps the alleged checkered past of the victim,might even speak higher volumes. Huh... maybe, good question.

      the woman waited for there to be no witnesses and shot Sean 10 times while he was putting on his boots. she's an ex-homicde detective so it's far more likely she had figured a simple self-defense tactic would work in her favor, but the ballistic evidence will show that Sean had his hands shielding his face when he was executed. he was never convicted of any sexual crimes, and her fears were just that, fears, and she played judge, jury, and executioner on a man she simply didn't like, completely outside of the law. a true criminal by every definition.

The answer to your question wouldn’t tell us anything. It doesn’t matter if there’s a bathroom on the main floor that the adults use if the potty is in the bathroom upstairs. A small child doesn’t just climb a regular toilet when they’re learning.

    • @trickortrump3292
      @trickortrump3292 3 месяца назад +1

      @@yourpetyourway Yes it is irrelevant because however you potty trained your boys has absolutely nothing to do with what happened in this home. It’s impossible for us to know the potty training protocol that went on in that house. Sometimes the seats they use for small kids snap onto the toilet and they’re a pain to move. It’s also much more hygienic to take the child to the potty instead of dragging the potty around to the child. Sometimes you just want to introduce a more structured approach at the beginning and have the child get used to one spot so they don’t get overwhelmed and confused while they’re learning something new. There are reasons why one bathroom may be used over the other. So that’s why the answer to your question is entirely irrelevant. There could very well be a bathroom on the main floor but that information tells us absolutely nothing because it was a small child who was taken to a different bathroom.
