    I will try talking my boss into one of these .. using another 3mm tool now that feels like it belongs in 2005. It can't even get close to these feedrates without turning the insert to dust, and killing the holder.. 0,1 mm/rev is max in very soft steel or aluminum.... often i default it to 0,06 and browse the internet while the part finish.. 😅

      @@TungaloyCorporation can it be used for sideways finishing cuts in wider grooves with good surface finish or will it deflect and cause chatter ? :)

      ​@@mattiasarvidsson8522blade type holders always deflect , even the deep grooving holders . I have yet to a find a grooving tool that won't deflect . But it should not vibrate if the insert and parameters are correct

      The Iscar blade with the TAG insert has coolant underneath the insert.

      They have a through coolant blade, it's pretty awesome I'm running it in my Naks right now.

      More stable machining is possible by cutting the tool overhang in half and controlling the conditions.
      We would appreciate it if you could take a look at this time as a demo.

    So today I called Tungaloy in USA IL and trying to get some help for how much their tools and inserts cost and they don't even know their part numbers from a flip book catalog they Make visible on the web site ! I was given a phone number for their area sales rep and I called only to have to leave a message on a cell phone!? terrible one can not get anything done here!!!! Bad business model from Tungaloy!!!

      なるべくビビリが出ないように生爪ギリギリで突っ切りしたい時はかなり生爪を削って当たらないように逃さないといけないので、可能ならば当たらないようにして欲しいです。

      ​@@TungaloyCorporation Chamfered holes and chamfered bolts that sits flush with the tool will do the trick. I doubt that it will change rigidity.
