One Godzilla is enough, and Toho's rubber suit godzilla does not at all fit the gloomy, cold atmosphere of the video. The Xenomorph and Predator are in suits, sure, but they're intimidating and scary. The only Toho Godzilla I can see is Final Wars, and, when it comes to Zilla, he's disliked heavily in the fanbase overall, and Legendary's Godzilla is far closer to the original, so it's a good balance between keeping the dark atmosphere while having a good, close Godzilla that fits the theme of the video and song.
The only ones I know in there was jurassic park, Jurassic Part Lost World, Cloverfield, king kong, godzilla 2015, Jurassic World, The Host and Alien vs Predator
