At 6:39 I believe that is PEAK OIL I'm thinking also be use of the exhaust pipes from the letters. I can't remember if it was spelled the same way or not though, I remember seeing some of their stuff in Eugene Oregon, like north western writer I think.
The city needs to put people to work give them $25 hour jobs with benefits cleaning the shet off the streets and roads , power wash away the piss and shet and have crews spray paint all that shet they call Graffiti at least when they are killing each other they will fall in in clean street or roadway.
