While living in Firenze, my wife went about telling everyone Happy New Year in Italian. She kept getting strange looks from the locals. Happy New Year in Italian is “Buon Anno”. It is critical to pronounces the double N in “anno”, because “ano” means anus!😅. A kindly shopkeeper took my wife aside and explained the critical difference. It is a story we often repeat to my wife’s embarrassment.

This reminds me of years ago when way down passed Guadalajara I was in a small bakery and instead of asking an older woman how much the bread was I asked how many years old it was! Needless to say wben, I realized what I said I was so embarrassed and the woman looked very perturbed!

Il treno da Bergen a Oslo è incredibile. C'era Aurora in Norvegia per te? Lo spero perché ho visto una bella immagine sul tuo schermo!

There seems to be a glitch with your app on iOS, both on iPad & iPhone. I am not a subscriber. When I go to Account and Join Now, the Explore Catalog carousel comes up every time. When I dismiss it with Not Now, it returns to Account, and I’m never able to join.

Hi. When you click on "Join Now" on the app, you should see three screens, "Learn your language of choice on any device", "Save & Download" and "Watch Any time, Anywhere". You can dismiss these with "not now" as you said, but this will return you to Account. Instead, click on the Continue to Checkout button at the bottom of the screen and you can sign up there. However, it's worth saying that it's much easier to subscribe on our web platform at coffeebreaktv.com where you have the choice of a single language monthly or quarterly options too, not just the "all language" option on the app. Hope that helps.
