DRock is awesome both behind the camera, behind the keyboard AND in person. Met him in SLC. Could coast off his name alone now and doesn't. Respect him even more, if possible lol :)
Ahhh, my daily dose of motivation to go kick ass! Watch these every morning before work and they light a 🔥 under me. Love the intent message in this episode SO much
It's unreal how you consistently put out great stuff. I was nervous at first when you announced doing a daily vlog, thinking "How can he be this great every day?" I'm amazed and awed by you.
Gary you are really affecting the business that my husband and I run in a good way. Less fear of mistakes, trying new things, teaching others. I am so self aware of what I am good at and what I stink at. One thing I do know is I have to work harder and quit looking for shortcuts.
Drock - you nailed the soundtrack during Gary's conference about *putting in the work* . It invoked some great emotions . I saw this being uploaded to IG as well. IT has great chemistry. The music is 50 % of the impact . Great Work!!
How do you make your team care? "By giving them everything they need. You work for your team, they don't work for you. How do you get your team to care? Care for them first." Really resonated with me
Right??? don't these ppl pay attention and watch? Andy Friceslla just talked about this. He's sick of ppl emailing him with the same questions over and over when he's done over 100 podcasts full of straight up epic shit!
I think some people get nervous when they approach so they default to something they've heard, OR they ask questions that they think will impress. The latter is really annoying and obvious.
Every second of this episode is pure gold. A summary of the essence of what you are about. Incredibly good job DRock. A beautiful crazy journey indeed. So happy to be part of it. Best, best wishes. Alem.
I love how practical Gary's advice is. I'm working on a side project and always trying to focus on giving value and working double hard to avoid being the person who makes money off the bottom feeders, just focusing on helping those who are willing to help themselves. So thanks for the lessons. They're really valuable as I apply them everyday
Patience is so hard to employ because you have to believe in the outcome. I've just been working studying, waiting, looking to strike then doing it all over again. Learning to wait is also learning when to strike. so now I'm just waiting and working. letting all the work I do build up and waiting for a chance for my strike to fully charge.
So the guy to talk to at the 18:08 mark I sat next to him for the entire summit. First time meeting him. We exchanged numbers during one of the activities they had us do that day. I text'd him this morning told him he's on the Daily Vee 190. He then replied if does go on his own he has proof it was a good call or not. And I'm like maaaaaan just do it. It was great to see you that close LOL. The amount of greatness that comes from you is just fucking amazing! 💯
One of the best in a long time (although I'll admit I've stopped watching as much because WORK 💪) So cool to see how much your influence is growing/changing Gary! Still pissed we didn't get a selfie
Honest video. Straight to the point; bringing people back to the basics. Love, work, patience. Gary, thanks for re-inserting that into the minds of what so many people have lost.
It was so energizing being in the crowd :) I'm moving back to Maryland after being in Vancouver for 4 years and Gary, bro, you have changed my life since finding you about 6 months ago. I've watched every single #AskGaryVee show and catching up on DailyVee. It was amazing shaking your hand, getting a selfie with DRock, and seeing you in person. I'm so excited to keep it up and push for the future and do all that you say. Hustle, hard work, patience, dedication, self improvement - everything. Thank you so much Gary, you are my hero.
I AM STOP WATCHING DAILYVEE FROM TODAY BECAUSE I GOT IT.. IT'S WORK THAT'S IT!! NO MORE MOTIVATION NEEDED! THANK-YOU GARY SO MUCH! LET'S DO IT NOW.. LET'S CRUSH IT 🔥
Yes. Yes my intent is now pure. I have learned that it's so quick & easy to make the right business decisions when the intent is pure. Controversy is avoided. Good clients flow in. Amazing partnerships are introduced. Pure intent changes EVERYTHING.
"Nothing good has ever been accomplished without hard work and patience" -- Following this philosophy with not only my youtube channel but my life too.
Although I missed our meeting but I really appreciate this recap Gary! Honestly I'm very impressive how did you chose the right thesis to the right audience!
Loved this one from start to finish. It's amazing to see how Gary is growing and developing while at the same time DRock and the team are getting better and better at catching content and editing all while the momentum of the entire thing is growing. So many beautiful pieces falling into place and coming together at once. Appreciate the content as always!
Still surreal meeting GV and DRock that day, but when shoulder to shoulder asking GV questions, and he legit took a good 5-10 min breaking stuff down for me!! Humbled and grateful! Also chatting with DRock etc. all felt like I've known them forever, like chillin with the realest homies. Amazing humans!
This dude right here is my freaking spirit animal XD Just awesome work this guy does and he makes it look so easy but tells the hard brutal truth that it is tough. Love it
I have 4 new business partners starting with us this morning (we are a trucking company) and the first message is "Talent and Effort". I listen to your videos on my drive to work.
Talent and Effort. And sometimes, not even talent, sometimes you can create that talent with enough effort and perseverance. Thank you Gary for this reminder, love you.
I feel like that Jewelry business law attorney question was bad advice. If she wanted to transition from a Lawyer to a Jeweler, then you are essentially giving up all of the Career Capital (knowledge) of being an attorney. Starting off from square 1 as a Jeweler, it is going to be hard to survive and succeed in that industry because she will not have had any experience with that particular business. Meanwhile, there are competing Jewelers who know their craft and have amassed 10's of thousands of hours running that particular business, therefore they are at an advantage to the Lawyer. If the lawyer wants to succeed and make more money while still having the freedom of her own business, I think the best option for her would be to quit her job and leverage her already acquired knowledge to successfully run a law company. This might not seem "romantic" or "following the passion" but if the end result is to be happy and make money, she will see better success doing something she's good at rather than doing something that she has passion for, but no knowledge of.
Hot damn, you're a gem Gary. It is what it is... how many times will people have to hear it to understand it / believe it / accept it? And choices. Every time you make a choice you set one thing at a higher priority than another. When you know your mission or goal, you know which way each choice takes you - toward or away from that goal.
Crazy awesome weekend upload! One of the rare ones aaaand with great value. Lesson learned: you don't need motivation when you just go on and do it! (and then you hear Gary say: got it?)
amazing episode biggest takeaways : don't have your mouth ahead of your work ethic and everyone has their own problems you need to learn to make choices and live with them.
How do you guys do it?! I'm like running around my city like an ass hat selling beer and even if my watch notifies me I'm mid conversation trying to explain hops and barley like... brb, gotta #60secclub ...NOPE. I miss out on it all. haha. I'll live vicariously though you ;)
Man, I really love this episode, especially the first half, it's like CLOUD orchestra :D. Listening this while grinding on the DIRT. Thank you Gary & DRock.
Gary mentions patience a lot and it's definitely true. But I think he needs to emphasize persistence (in the right context) too. The combination is unstoppable.
So good. Love the grind. Favorite moment was 25:50 - "how much are those shoes?" Most meaningful content from 190 was the conversation with that women. I have a lot in common with her, hopefully not the same shoes though. I appreciate you Gary!
Its crazy in the last minute with that one woman. People don't know how to sacrifice and save money, a lot of people won't make it with being materialistic.
three minutes in this video, and I went ahead and applied for a job. (only hours later, did I come back to finish my Gary Vee escapism) Nobody is going to do that for me, no one is going to just hand me an opportunity. I have to work. I have to do it myself. every day #grind #work
Drock!! You Beaut! Thanks for including my question at 14:30. Asked about books, and got a waaaay better answer than I could have hoped for.
At 15:13 "Hey, I know that guy" congrats on getting your Q answered by the man himself :)
weeeeeeeee! I was super impressed w/ how generous he was with his time. Just when you thought he was going to leave, he stayed longer.
DRock is awesome both behind the camera, behind the keyboard AND in person. Met him in SLC. Could coast off his name alone now and doesn't. Respect him even more, if possible lol :)
Nice!
great answer indeed
Ahhh, my daily dose of motivation to go kick ass! Watch these every morning before work and they light a 🔥 under me. Love the intent message in this episode SO much
I love Gary's blunt answers to what sound like complicated questions.
"Talent and effort.. that's it" Boom!
Pat should start his own channel and respond to all of GV's vlogs. I think Pat is usually sittin' there in his GAWRAWGE...looking a books...etc...
LuckyLoush hmm I wonder who this comment is referring too??? (sarcasm I know)
Pat Lopez
Pat still selling courses to the gullible. His videos are his business and not a look into it.
LuckyLoush shots fired lol
Legend. A+ Comment right there.
It's unreal how you consistently put out great stuff. I was nervous at first when you announced doing a daily vlog, thinking "How can he be this great every day?" I'm amazed and awed by you.

I'm so glad my name isn't Pat, Randy, or Karl
Min Chang or Rick
Min Chang😆
Min Chang or Sally
lol for real
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Powerful! Gary is a real life movie about life. I love it!
This is now my fav video of gary vee..great content..thanks!
Dat music in the first half of the vid is fucking perfect!
Matches so good the content Gary puts out.
FAVORITE EPISODE OF DAILY VEE EVER. The piano ambiance . the wisdom. God bless you.
Gary you're exploding with generosity. Mad love to that.
Drock - you nailed the soundtrack during Gary's conference about *putting in the work* . It invoked some great emotions . I saw this being uploaded to IG as well. IT has great chemistry. The music is 50 % of the impact . Great Work!!
"never waiver from your truth" that hits me hard right now. one the best pieces of content to date Gary. Thank you.
How do you make your team care?
"By giving them everything they need. You work for your team, they don't work for you. How do you get your team to care? Care for them first."
Really resonated with me
Gary you constant handshaking and photo taking with people on this video is SO INTENSE. Impressive as always. You are such a giver at the core of you.
It blows my mind how man people ask the same questions over and over again... All you need to do is pay attention to the vlogs.
Jayden Dinmore seriously!
Right??? don't these ppl pay attention and watch? Andy Friceslla just talked about this. He's sick of ppl emailing him with the same questions over and over when he's done over 100 podcasts full of straight up epic shit!
I think some people get nervous when they approach so they default to something they've heard, OR they ask questions that they think will impress. The latter is really annoying and obvious.
Wow wasn't expecting that clip at the end! Thanks so much Drock and Gary for taking the time to stop and meet us at the end ❤️🙏🏻💕👊🏻
Krysten Novak so cool that you got to see him in the flesh
So awesome! The timing was perfect!
You looked so nervous ha
Every second of this episode is pure gold. A summary of the essence of what you are about. Incredibly good job DRock.
A beautiful crazy journey indeed. So happy to be part of it.
Best, best wishes.
Alem.
Why does it feel so good to be viewing this under 400 views.. I've got a Garyvee problem.
"By not caring about other people think, you are doing things. By doing things, you are learning, then it creates speed". My best part.
I'm a stay at home mom, and I watch you daily! I watch you to get out of my funk, I get your energy through your videos! Thanks GV!❤❤❤
just deal with your reality and move quick but ofcourse have patience.
Macro and Micro, Tortoise and Hare
I know I am trying to move quick just posted my video intro for daily documentation pretty excited, scared, but i know its the right thing.
Speed! But be patient because big things take a longgg time to develop :)
Thanks for coming to Vancouver guys! Was awesome to take this in! Intent, and do, great message! Nice meeting you DRock!
I love how practical Gary's advice is. Just loved this one. Everything.
Your extreme patience and composure at the end when that group who ran up on you was admirable. Very few would handle it that way.
DRock never slows, he puts together everything so well always.
What he told the girl at the end about her shoes resonated the most with me.
Really loved this episode. Gary was spitting fire 🔥🔥

I just watching you last night and I'm already loving learning. Thank you Gary.
I'm really digging these vlogs and your interactions with the crowds. The advice is so practical and dope fam
It was so energizing being in the crowd :) I'm moving back to Maryland after being in Vancouver for 4 years and Gary, bro, you have changed my life since finding you about 6 months ago. For some reason this video out of every single Gary video spoke the loudest and to me the most.

Wow! a power full dailyvee, many truths. "I could wish I was something or realize I am something."
I really respect that Gary makes time for the fans even when sometimes for sure its super inconvenient.
Gary, you're not a motivational speaker, you're a motivational person.

Man, I really love this episode, especially the first half, it's like CLOUD orchestra :D. Listening this while grinding on the DIRT.
Thank you Gary & DRock.
Amazing how precisely the music lyrics fit the questions and answers of this video.
Great episode as always. Nailed it with he too much ponerding and thinking too much. Thx again for the motivation!
