- Repair worn down jeans from inner thigh rub! If you've got thigh holes or thinning denim, try this no sew hack. You can also use this to prevent inner thigh holes or rips.

There is knit interfacing so it will all stretch with the fabric.

I have used some knit interfacing, but I haven't used it on jeans because it is so thin/light weight. Do you use a heavier knit interfacing on jeans? Or does the lighter weight kind work well enough?
@@danamatsukawa4762 I haven’t used a lot of knit interfacing, but as a rule, interfacing comes in a variety of weights for different fabrics. Hopefully there’s a heavier weight knit for stretch denim.

This is a great idea! I wonder though, is it comfortable to wear? Some interfacing is stiff and scratchy and I wonder how long it would last before it starts rubbing off as well :o
Light interfacing is really soft on the inside.

This is why I hate elasticated jeans. Clothing providers are making it harder to find no elastic denim jeans which much longer lasting
Great idea! I'm going to try this on my husband's jeans back pocket. His wallet always wears a hole in the pocket ruining what are otherwise perfectly good jeans.

The lightweight interfacing really is soft on the inside so give it a try.

Brilliant trick I actually have a pair just like that I ended up machine darning with a piece of soft fabric on the inside.
