Thank you for watching! It certainly is an interesting lake to visit. Early in the season the water level is very low (I made a short about that, if you're curious) and your experience will be very different from what you see in the video. There was a large forest fire in that area this year, and I'm not sure how that will affect the reservoir. The Powell Forest is a fun trip, too! I'm curious if your trip was similar to ours. I don't think you can go wrong with either one, though finding camping spots on Duncan can be challenging and it is just the one lake. ruclips.net/video/YsOkFWLHA_4/видео.htmlsi=Q2FscWtdNjqOXwee
Thank you very much! I have to admit that I used the pretty parts in the video. In the bottom half of the lake there was a lot of logging action going on in the mountains around me. I heard some detonations (road works?) and during the day there was the constant humming of heavy equipment in the distance. If you go I recommend focusing on the upper half of the lake. I never quite made it past the middle of the "S" shape, but it got quieter and prettier as I went farther up the lake.
It is a no-name DIY backyard special. 😆 Someone built it in their shed, gave it to their brother and we bought it from him. Mold/build plans unknown! I converted it to a solo because it was a terrible tandem. A video of that project is coming soon!
Good stuff! Looking forward to the next adventure. 😉
This video is deceiving, it makes our dog look so sweet!
It is easy to confuse exhaustion with good character... 😆
Love how the dog popped up at the end! 🤣 Seems like you guys had a great time together.
great video, I was set on doing the Powell lakes again next summer but this may be a fun new adventure to try out!
Thank you for watching!

Great Cinematography! I have not been to Duncan lake yet. But I just put it on my list. Nice sequence shots, like diving and underwater.
