Initially he was just going to do a bit piece iirc, but with supernatural coming to an end, Kripke was like, you know what, fk it. Gimme a bit and I'll sort you a role to shoe you in for.

I also asked Jensen about the lines he didn’t want to cross in the show and that he eventually worked through with showrunner Eric Kripke, which I was fairly certain had to do with some scenes in this week’s episode. He said there was a scene that got cut that started out with Soldier Boy “going in hot and heavy” making out with an older woman who was a maid at the motel, in the scene when Butcher and Hughie walk in with snacks. Ackles: That wasn’t the line, but that was the jumping off point of when we see Soldier Boy in The Legend’s bedroom. That was supposed to be … a lot more interactive, we’ll say… So, it was supposed to be like the comics, and he was supposed to be sleeping with older women, in very compromising situations.
Except that wasn't the same version of Soldier Boy, it was the modern day version where Jensen's is based on the original that died after the fiasco with Mallory but for the series they're keeping him alive.

True, but honestly most of the things they cant refuse, speacially if is vital to the story, cuz they still have a contract, but i guess stuff like that, a cene that had sexual abuse,"being the assauter or victm"probrably has regulations, just like cenes of being naked etc, cenes with children are also easier to get out of, cuz they are minors. But things vital to the story, like , wich couples get together, wich caracthers die, wich caracthers are put in, what happens in the end etc, all of that is basicly impossible for them to decide, so is not really up to them, and sometimes not even up to the writters, cuz if the studios (warner, fox, amc etc)say no or Yes to a big thing it Will change everything as a veto.

Considering how weird Supernatural was and how Jensen literally played a deranged serial killer in a movie I think its either sexual assault or as seen in the newest ep when he was physically abusing his teammates. Seeing as they kept it but made it different when BN was seeing his flashback it could be that they changed it to cartoon so he wasn't shown beating on a helpless child.

@@chrisnichols1862 there are interviews on RUclips where they elaborate that they filmed an amended version of the scene. It's still included, just not in the original scripted format. They don't mention it because it would be a spoiler probably.
