ryft, you will always be one of my favorite youtubers and if you need to take a break and do things for yourself, i understand more than you might think. i will watch your videos till the end (and probably several times over after that), and just love the content you have made and understand the reasons that you have given to just take a break. just know that we are all here, and we support you.

We all love ryft and I’m sure a lot of content creators that are in the comment section can understand this. Keeping up your mental/ physical health is hard when Covid hit a lot of us were at home and playing video games all day long. Speaking from my own personal experiences it hit me hard college was harder and I didn’t have a social life from 2020-2021 I decided to take a break from streaming making videos, and work on myself. Making videos and streaming all day long isn’t a easy job it takes away a lot of energy and time. You have to be consistent and you have to get enough sleep. A big factor of being healthy is also working out and eating good food, I really agree with that point bc it’s easy to fuck your health mentally and physically. A few months ago I was at 240 lbs(keep in mind I’m 6’1). I hit the obesity level and it was really bad. After taking a break thankfully I’m at 200lbs tight now and feeling way better physically and mentally. To anyone out there always put yourself first taking a break isn’t wrong and it’s always better to take care of yourself. And most and for last don’t stop grinding always do your best no matter what you do
