Prema muslimanskim pravilima i obicajima Savas ne bi mogao da se ozeni sa Gulperi. Ako je Savasov poocim Gulperin stric, takav brak je iskljucen i po porodicnom i obicajnom pravu. Oni cak i kazu da su oni sa Gulperi porodica, a clanovi porodice medjusobno ne sklapaju brakove. To bi morala znati i strina Bejhan koja najvise insistira na tom braku.

Savaş asking Gülperi, was like I said. She didn’t tell him anything. She just told him that she accepted the decision her Yenge made because Savaş too can’t understand her like Emir does knowing that she actually doesn’t care for him.
