2:03 I love the fact that Oliver looks down at his original self and says "without you I'm nothing"
Sometimes Oliver has hidden messages in his music that are masked by lyrics that could be interpreted as singing about a loved one, but knowing Oliver and especially with how they carefully filmed and framed his "Turbo" character, you could then interpret this song as Oliver's love/hate relationship with the character. Because even Oliver is aware that when transitioning to his new characters they have never been as successful as his original Turbo persona. So, in a way he's giving appreciation to this character by saying he wouldn't be anywhere today without him, but, at the same time, he very much dislikes that he can't move on from him.
You could also argue, that despite pushing the character down and stealing his scooter, seeming like a rude move, that it could be interpreted as him pushing the imposter Turbo over, and then reclaiming his old persona for himself once more, especially when taking the scooter and riding off on it.

A great friend told me about Oliver tree. I absolutely thought he was nuts and crazy but the lyrics help you outta dark places when they’re bad. I don’t talk to that friend anymore, I don’t know what they’re doing with their life but I wanna thank them for all they’ve done and the kindness they showed. I was working as a dishwasher when I first heard Hurt and I asked my boss who the artist. He obviously told me and I listened to Oliver's music in my down time. 1 - Oliver's parents and Oliver crashing into their life.
2 - Oliver being nothing (homeless) and trying to make it.
3 - Where Oliver grew up and what he's seen or done.
4 - Oliver becoming a celebrity and people reacting negatively at him.
5 - Oliver eating up everything people said about him and giving in to clown everybody.
6 - Cowboys Don't Cry and Alien Boy emerge and Oliver is fighting his other two personalities.
7 - Oliver needing to step up and take action before one of his personalities takes over.
