Self help books are USELESS in my opinion.RESULTS IS WAT EVERYONE WANTS.You get them from getting up everyday and PUT IN YOUR WORK.

I do read/listen to self help books but there seems to be so much advice out there, it's almost too much stuff to implement. Some of it conflicting.

I had the exact same problem with self help books.
"The magic in life is in the work you're avoiding" just what i needed to hear.
Cheech in Bullets over Broadway is one of my top 50 movie characters ever. A great ambitious character premise written and acted to perfection. A character with pure artistic motives taken to a comic extreme.
Did not know "You're a horrible actress" was your idea. According to Roger Ebert the theatrical audience would laugh uproariously during that scene.

too many kill themselves and yet not enough vets die at 19 or 20 per day i had an aunt that killed herself. used the book, the final exit.
one of her neighbors claimed to my uncle, 'mary came to me in a dream and asked me if she could be the soul of my (8 month old fetus) child'.
the lady did not know mary was dead for another 3 days. she told my uncle the story later that week. the dream happened on the night of the suiXide
i take mary's decision (to die) as the wrong decision. why else would her dead soul want to come back rt away ?? mary was abused as a child, abused others and lost her way.
I read "beyond help" books. 🙂
