- Hey guys!
Hope you enjoyed coming along to Mary’s first ever show & Ryan’s first show in 7 months! It was an eventful day with the horses being very green (as to be expected) and then having a blow out on the way home from the show😩🙈

I really liked this vlog; when I watch a video of a baby out jumping, this is what I expect to see, them being wobbly, having poles, spooking rather than seeing a foot perfect round because that's how babies should be! This time next year you'll be able to compare the footage from this show and see just how far she's come. I think she's going to be absolutely cracking, she has a hell of a jump and is already very clever at getting herself out of a sticky spot! Your horses always look in such beautiful condition too, whatever you feed them is clearly doing wonders. Ryan jumped so well after that first fence, he was certainly keen to be back out. X
Thank you so much! These are the comments I love to see! Xx
Another great vlog and Mary was a little super star at her very first show and Ryan was a star to really enjoyed watching
Miss Mary what a girl! Tried her little heart out exciting one to watch! Ryan did so well once he got his bearings again in the ring, only way is up now ⬆️ So glad your all home safe

Thank you for watching🥰
Mary will be your best jumper even out doing Bryan for the future
I think so too🙈
Love you vlogs !! They both did so well
Just wondering what Spurs (brand) do you use ?? X
Thank you! Honestly have no clue sorry I’ve had them for ages!! 😊
Jumping is terrifying and yet exhilarating- this why I stay with dressage
Hahaha it is! Especially when the jumps get big 🤣
How old is Mary now? You guys did amazing in the ring! Same with Ryan ! 🥰
I honestly am not sure, I need to get a measuring stick on her! I think around 16.1….thank you so much!🥰
❤️❤️😍
What breed is Ryan, he is just insane😍
He’s an Irish sport horse! He’s cool isn’t he🥰
why did you decide to ride with spurs on mary?
Spurs are good for leg aids, especially when the atmosphere can be scary and they ignore the leg. The spurs are also good if they get a bit nervous of a fence. x
They help back up my leg aids and to help encourage her if she’s feeling nervous as such! + my legs aren’t very strong and that’s something I’ve always struggled with so it just helps me to use my legs more! I don’t use them all the time I haven’t used them in ages but thought I’d use them for the show just to help with extra aids! She isn’t bothered by them at all xx
@@jumpingbryan7488 thanks! i am curious as i cant remember seeing you wear them before
@@ameliawalsh6788 I did for a while at one point when she was very behind the leg and lazy so rather than me having to nag her and her going dead to my leg I put a small pair of spurs on to get a sharper reaction off her! But now she has more energy I don’t use them at home but I will be using them at shows just to back up my leg and support her if she becomes spooky and backwards xx
