Canada post is a crown corporation- make them a good offer for wages and benefits.. the taxpayers pay the bills..
my guess for the cause of the decline in drug deaths in BC - many of the addicts are already dead :(
The government should move the village upstream of this business. That would make more sense to me, then there would be cleaner things for the people of the village.. maybe they could actually work there??
