This is a compilation of all CAT-DOS entries for the all unknown specimens and Karamari Hospital monsters (excluding Monster 1).
Side Note: Monster 5's entry is only accessible after Room 2000 in this mod. The picture for Monster 5 was made by Birdbonanza.

Tirsiak's method of attacking is Clawing as well and I feel like what should be said in Lisa's Entry is that "A ghost was found in the Silent Hills outside of GL Labs."

Method: Blunt force
A guard who appears to be under the influence
of a malignant virus. If it spots intruders in its
presence, it will not hesitate to pound them
hard enough to make them bleed internally.
Always on watch in an abandoned hospital
below the mansion.
Proved very effective on subjects who try to
sneak in.
The Husks
Type: Active
Total Fatalities: Varies
Method: Assimilation(?)
Found in the halls of a lonely dollhouse, these
are most common results of our attempts to
fit a human soul into a doll's body. They seem
to have torn holes in their bodies to make way
for their souls to seep into their next victims.
Effectiveness level proved to vary.
Woormy Charles
Type: Active
Total fatalities: 264
Method: Headbutting, Stretching
One of our attempts to fit a human soul into
a doll's body, found somewhere in the west
wing of a lonely dollhouse. Looks as if it
bursted out of its body so that it could move
more freely. Headbutts victims until they are
out cold, then puts them on nearby stretching
machines.
Proved very effective on fragile subjects.
Clown
Type: Active
Total Fatalities: 0
Method: None, as far as we know
Found in a colorful room in a lonely dollhouse.
Was summoned from hell in attempt to cheer
up the doll spirits, but this failed. Isn't really
dangerous however; it just wants to have fun.
Proved not effective at all, but only effective at
scaring subjects.
Hooked Doll
Type: Active
Total Fatalities: 363
Method: Physical Puncturing
Found on a root cellar wall in a lonely dollhouse.
Acts very vengefully towards specific people.
Is capable of causing confusion, headaches, and
occasional hallucinations. None have figured out
why it can fly.
Proved extremely effective on subjects who
wronged it.
Frenzy
Type: Active
Total Fatalities: 1000 and counting
Method: Cutting, Stabbing, etc.

There's two missing ones that are quite secretive and I completely forgot to tell you about. EM4 has an entry that appears 50% of the time when picking Specimen 4's entry, and Old Specimen 10's entry was given a bit of an overhaul.
I'll paste the entries below so people can see them.
EM4:
Type: Active
Total Fatalities: 444
Method: Consumption
Believed to be an 'evolved' form of Specimen 4.
Specimen is far more agressive, and is capable
of causing the following effects in it's prey:
Disorientation, confusion, panic, hallucinations,
and seizures.
Proved extremely effective on all subjects.
Old Specimen 10:
Type: Contained
Total Fatalities: 34
Method: Bites, Consumption, Tearing, Headbutting
An worm like creature that inhabits
the old rundown GL labs. A genetically
modified eel that attempted to correct
the issues with Specimen 10. It ended
up being too successful and caused the
abandoning of the old GL labs. It is
capable of digging through solid steel
with minimal force and has been permanently
contained in the reinforced perimeter of the
old GL labs.

Fun fact: The old Specimen 10 can appear in SJM's CAT-DOS, but it has a chance of doing so. As for EM Ringu, I'm not sure.
@@red_totality Yeah I had just changed old 10's entry a bit to reflect the version of old 10 in this mod, as for EM4, yeah she doesn't have her own entry in vanilla.

For me ghost cow the most terror monster and what brought in the brain of Akuma to do that thing...

seriously, this is amazing. so im going to put fan made names on bekka, lisa, spooper, and white face's ost. (idk but i put them as foods)
bekka: cookies and cream smile

white face: pixelated butterscotch pie
spooper: mycelium spore filled cake

This was nice. Finally watched it.
My most favourite out of them all has to be however, Tiri/ Tirsiak.
I do love her description saying "she often argues and fights with the other Specimens" (if I remember correctly. And I immediately thought of Specimen 8/ Deer Lord and Tirsiak together as they'd be most likely enemies, too.)

I don't really know since *when* they're enemies, but I hardly doubt her antlers come from a deer that was her victim. Since she's female and deer have mostly antlers if male, I do have a theory she's part-deer as a Caribou as she comes from a snowy place, too.

Maybe Tirsiak/US 4 killing our physical body by wolfs, but spirit she gives to Specimen 8/Deer Lord
That'd be nice to imagine, but hardly doubt so. Most people think that Deer Lord and Tirsiak are somehow related to each other, but they truly aren't.
I think if Deer Lord and Tiri would meet (not while chasing the player), they'd most likely go after one another.

I don't know if you're talking about Tirsiak here, but she's mostly considered a wolf being, a predator (in my opinion) than a deer even though she has antlers.
