for me he is best manger behind Sir alex. no disrespect to pep, he is doing wonders in recent years but the way mourinho did what he achieved with porto ( which was not even considered to reach group stages) from there to win fcking UCL with them is just alien things. Reach the semi finals of Ucl 3 times. But when he leaves, he leaves the player with their best forms and change the direction of madrid where they stand today in world football.
