For some reason I like to think that Adam is secretly the true villain, maybe the CEO of Playtech making sure that the other employers do what they are told. Think about it. He enjoyed the 'reward' system and encouraged the others to do it as well, almost as if it were his idea. He showed the other employees what will happen if you read confidential documents, do prevent the others from doing so. He showed them what happens if you die outside of work hours. He showed them not to cry at work. So I don't know, is Adam secretly working with Rowan to manipulate everyone else?
Rowan would absolutely be left in the dark about it. If Adam really was a mastermind, he would know better than to let Rowan in on anything. Plus, it would be much more satisfying to keep it a secret so he can throw all of Rowans managerial bullshit right back in his face as a big reveal.
That was completely on Adam. When your superior says it's bad and you should not open it, you leave it alone. One of the times I fully agreed with Rowan.
@@JubeiKibagamiFez What. He knows what kind of person Rowan is and yet, he throws a little hissy fit and worst of all, he lets him hold to the ticket. I feel sorry for Adam, but at times he makes it hard on his own, because he doesn't think straight.

My favorite delivery of any Ellie line is when she says that there’s a special place in hell for “people who make tea like THIS!” Her delivery there is just so utterly perfect and really sells her exasperated anger at Adam for the milky tea. Always look forward to that line
Poor Adam, its tough being the nice guy. Have to admit the Millionaire one got me triggered a little - you think you're out and they they find a way to reel you back in and make it worse and no sense that you'll ever truly escape. Poor Adam. Can't even escape by way of death ...
The 1st one reminds me of a time when a former dept boss had put a paper on his desk in the front office saying "DO NOT READ ANYTHING ON THIS DESK!". It wasn't intended jokingly either but did a good job of being funny in itself.
I actually shed tears during the compliment; it had this almost duality to it where it seemed compassionate from the heart of the actor and it bled through the heart of the character❤
“It’s not a test, it’s not money, it’s a trap” “I’ll open it, this might be good.” It’s a simultaneously very natural and pretty hard to feel sorry for someone who thinks that’s how the world works after, say, age 12. Edit: Also, it’s really, really hard to feel sorry for someone who makes tea like that. (But then again, to me, even one drop of milk in tea is an abomination to the Lord, so I guess they all asked for it)
The rowan soeech about adam crying was absolutely out of this world. "I was playing street fighter and suddenly im hearing this "insert crying noise" and im like oh 🙄 gawd, is that adam??""" Im dying lol
Rowan is the master of carrot and stick, but only to Adam. He is nice to Adam for every three times he abused Adam (ratio was estimate only, not properly calculated). 😂
Rowan is the manager who would literally learn necromancy to make sure his employees never left
He actually did it, Adam died, Rowan bought him back
Necromancy not even once.
This comment is great because of what happened with Alan recently.
That’s actually one of the powers you get with the Black shirt.
My theory Adam only works at Play tech for the abuse. It's his escape from his almost perfect personal life where everyone praises him constantly.
Lol makes sense since he is tik Tok famous
Or he's a masochist
That, or the abuse in his personal life is just that much worse

I don't, he makes very poor decisions. He can be dumber than Rowan.

Ellie should get an Oscar for the tea performance. 🤣
To this day, 3:18 Rowan complimenting Adam in his own unique fashion has me dying every time I run into it
Poor Adam I feel bad that he is always getting yelled at poor Adam ❤
Rowan cost Adam a million dollars, but then also brought Adam back to life.
Rowan Brands Adam, but also defends him by tossing ben out of the store.
2:35 IDK if it's remotely deliberate or not, but it sounds to me like she gradually shifts from yelling "yuck" to "yak" and I absolutely love it.
Love Adam 🤩 Every time when Rowan humiliates him it drives me mad 😡😅
Great acting by both of them!
60% of these are Rowan's doing, the other 40% is Adam's naive/gullible nature.
Where is the SHAME skit?

The “yuck” reminds me of when Rowan got abused for liking Star Wars first episode

Subtitles are one thing, but you have to decode the morse code in the "Bad Tea" skit. It's outrageous.
