No one seems to show how they integrated Github Actions to Power Platform 6:09

I set this up and keep getting a failure message " Error: failed: Error: Must provide either username/password or app-id/client-secret/tenant-id for authentication!" I've entered the values in the export-solution-reuseable.yml changing only the solution name, AAD App Secret, AAD Client ID, AAD Tenant ID and DEV Environment URL yet I keep getting the error at the 'who-am-i-action
