How do you stop disaster thinking in games for example when I think to myself" oh heres a good opportunity to shoot " then I immediately counter with what if I miss and I pass. and how do I stop replaying my regrets in my head? thanks coach your really awesome keep it up
You just have to believe that God willing your can make the shoots. Even if you miss there’s other opportunities. If yk you’ve been spending hours in the gym y should you doubt yk you’ve been putting in the work. As for the regrets if yk you tried then how can u blame ur past self. You can to speak life into yourself and focus on your next opportunities
LeShag it’s all about conditioning. You’ve gotta improve your lung capacity. Sprints, sprints, and more sprints. Also make sure you’re playing pickup and playing hard defense so that you get tired and learn to fight through it. Also, make sure that you are in the weight room getting your legs stronger. That is also very important.
