Hi, it 1.5" Sch10 pipe 304 stainless steel. It was bought from profusion Exhausts. They might have more exact dimensions on their website. Sch10 is a standard sizing
Bud your gaps are to big on some , they need to be such a tight fit ,then you just tac then ,fill the bevel in with weld and with gas purge seals the deal, if gaps are to big it’s possible that tig filler rod and especially mig wire will travel inside the tubes sooner or later they will break of and kill your turbo and engine , just trying to help
Thanks for the input, yes getting a nice tight fit made welding much easier, this was my first time using a TIG welder, I definitely learned a lot along the way. I welded all the pipes individually, there was no little bit of filler wire etc showing through. I did check for the exact reasons you mentioned.
