- In the 21st episode of Letter of Law Interviews, I am delighted to host Mr. Agnidipto Tarafder. Mr. Tarafder is an Assistant Professor at NUJS, Kolkata and is currently pursuing an LL.M degree from Harvard.
In this episode, I speak to Mr. Tarafder about being an academic in India, legal education, the divide between NLU's and non-NLU's, the application process for Harvard, books, and so much more. In the latter half of the conversation, we also discuss Mr. Tarafder's co-authored paper on the constitutionality of the Marital Rape Exception in India.
I am so thankful to Mr. Tarafder for joining me for a long and freewheeling conversation on so many important topics. It was truly such a wonderful experience talking with him and I got to learn a lot.
Tune in for an incredible conversation!
