    Specifications:
    (2) Working zones of 24" each and a table length of 49"; CNC controlled head assembly with rapid (side-to-side) traverse.
    Head assembly with: (1) Boring & insertion unit with a 2 HP - 3,500 RPM drill motor; head is currently set up to insert 20 mm Barbed Post Channel Lock, & 8 mm Spring Pin Fasteners.
    Material thickness capacity 0.5" - 1" max. Material thickness with digital readout for height adjustment.
    Clamping System:
    (4) Pneumatic, quick side-to-side adjustable hold-down clamps for horizontal BG&D processing on the panel edge.
    (1) Pneumatic Clamping Bar for vertical boring into the panel face/back.
    Operator Interface:
    15" Color Touchscreen control + Windows 10 Operating System. Ethernet 1 x PCIE Broadcom GbE (or similar), USB: 2 x USB 2.0 (or similar), Serial Port: 1 x RS-232 (or similar)
    The on-screen graphics of the operator interface have been designed to allow for quick programming at the machine. Typically, programs can be written and recalled in less than one minute. The Interface is open architecture allowing it to integrate with design software that can give hole locations in the form of a .xml file or a bar code (with bar code reader purchase found in options).
    Standard Features in the software include: 1. Graphic interface to show where holes are to be drilled and if a dowel is to be inserted. 2. Pattern Drilling/Inserting.
    3. Password protection of certain features/functions. 4. Online diagnostic capability (if machine is connected to an internet connection). 5. Toggle between Metric or Imperial programing parameters.
    Features:
    This machine will insert H-clips, Channel Locks and Spring Pins with ease. Using CNC control, this machine positions the drilling spindle to bore holes and insert the Lockdowel hardware.
    Complete with:
    Anti slip table surface, rack & pinion drive, and centralized dust collection manifold.
